AdapDesk can be called as “World’s First Portable Work Station” because of its portability. The device can be placed anywhere you want for example bed, couch or the floor. It is designed by Gus who came up with the idea of “AdapDesk” when he was looking for solutions for comfort while using the laptop but he didn’t find any, so he took it upon himself and his team to design one.

How does it work?

The AdapDesk works very well while pressing load on it. It has been tested for over 80 pounds. It’s not only portable but also foldable and includes a lock mechanism. It comes in 2 editions – AdapDesk and AdapDesk+. The AdapDesk+ is 5” wider but both of them are made in such a way that they fit inside most of the backpacks.

  • AdapDesk is 23½ inches weighing 2.26 kg while the AdapDesk+ is 28½ inches weighing 2.49 kg.
  • It’s made from high-quality furniture grade calibrated maple ply wood with a hardened tough finish.

  1. Whatever you do, don’t order this product! I backed it on kickstarter and after having to pay extra for shipping (after pledging) I have still not received it and the developer has not been in contact.

    1. We are sorry to hear that. As far as we know, some crowdfunded products companies may give you bad experience but not all of them so thanks for sharing your experience.
