It has been time since BlackBerry has even launched a smartphone in the market. The hype of iPhone and pixel have taken over so much that even the prolong BlackBerry users are changing their phone. So, in the verge of that BlackBerry, yesterday launched two smartphones, The DTEK 50 and DTEK 60. Both the phones are priced at 21,990 and 46,990 respectively.
The DTEK 50 will be available from this Saturday, and the DTEK 60 will be coming later this December.
So far this is what we know about the DTEK 50, The device comes with a 5.2-inch FHD display, with a pixel resolution of 1920 x 1080. The device is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8952 Snapdragon 617 Octa core processor which is backed by an Adreno 405 GPU. The device features a 3 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256 GB via micro-SD card.
The device features a 13 Megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8 MP secondary camera with a f/2.2 aperture. The device has a 2,160 mAh battery, which supports quick charging 2.0. This device doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor, which is very disappointing.
In another hand, the DTEK 60 comes with an AMOLED 5.5-inch QHD display, with a pixel resolution of 1440 x 2560. This device is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 Octa core processor which is backed by an Adreno 530 GPU. This device has 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256 GB via micro-SD card.
The device features a 21 Megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and Phase detection auto focus it also has an 8 MP secondary camera with a f/2.2 aperture. This device has a 3,000 mAh battery, which supports quick charging 3.0. Both the DTEK 50 and 60 are based on Android 6.0 marshmallow.
