Design
Blackview BV6000 is a rugged and a tough phone, even after that it does look well. There are three colors in which they are available, sunshine yellow, violet black, and army green and every color combination looks great. With its glass fiber housing, poly-carbonate body & metal frame this phone can stand in front of anything. It also has an IP68 certification, which means that this smartphone is totally dust and water proof.
When we come to the front side of the Blackview BV6000, it comes with 4.7-Inch display with capacitive android keys bellow & a primary mic. next to it. The front-facing camera, earphone and some some other sensors like proximity/light sensors are located above the screen. when we come to the back side of the device, there is a large Blackview logo which is being carved and a SIM & a micro SD can be inserted under it.
At back there is a primary camera with a LED flash just above it. On right side of the device, which is made up of metal, and also has power and volume buttons. At left side there are unusual buttons like, SOS button, PTT button and camera button. All the buttons on the device are very clicky and tough to break.
At the top side of the phone it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and an atmosphere pressure sensor which is usually for climber and adventurists. These all points are being protected with a removable plastic cover on it.
At bottom side of the smartphone you will find a Micro USB port for multiple purpose as you all already know. There are large number of screws all over the smartphone. The Blackview BV6000 weights for about 170 grams which is not at all heavy, as it offers so much toughness in it.
Display
The phone comes with 4.7-Inch IPS screen with the resolution of 1280×720. Viewing angles and sunlight legibility are too good. The benefit of the smaller display is it’s extended battery life which is essential for outdoors. The screen is also protected with the Gorilla Glass 3 which also adds up a protection to the device.
Processor and RAM
Blackview BV6000 come with MediaTek’s 64-bit octa-core Helio P10 CPU clocked at 2.0GHz and Mali T860MP2 GPU clocked at 700MHz. 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. This hardware it comes with offers great user experience. You can play latest games on it but may face some frame drops as this device is mainly for adventurists.
Camera
Blackview BV6000 comes with Omni Vision’s 13-Megapixel camera. The camera quality is quite average, but you can click some decent pictures out of it in good lighting conditions. When we come to video recording, it can record up-to 1080p with 30fps. Overall camera quality is better than average, but this is not a camera phone, it is meant for its toughness.
Storage Capacity
The phone comes with 32GB of internal storage & you can also expand it via micro SD card to up-to 32GB.
Operating System (OS)
The Phone comes with Google’s latest OS, Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Rest you guys all know about Android and its functionality. i don’t need to explain it.

The device comes with 4G LTE+ network. It also comes with NFC on it. The GPS it uses from, Russian GLONASS. Bluetooth version 4.1 on it.

Additional Features
The device offers many additional features other than regular ones like, there are several physical buttons which are addition that may become handy in the time when need. PTT (Push To Talk) button used to make the device as walkie-talkie that is being there in this device. Another important button is the SOS button that will send the SOS signal once it is being pressed. It also comes with a whole number of sensors like light sensor, proximity sensor, gravity sensor. There is also an electronic compass inbuilt in it. One of the most important features for climbers is an atmosphere pressure sensor, which can measure the exact atmospheric pressure and can also determine at which height you are.

I have an A8 AGM (i think is better xP ) but I admire the “PPR” approach that BV is trying to give to its medium lines: realistic competition and fair price is something that could desaturate the market dominated by overpriced cof cof – cof iphone – Cof – Sansumg- cof cof … But again: an android 7 , ip68, strong battery, durable Phone for 160e ?? A-MA-ZING!
For me the Chinese models are realistic options for people who want something very punctual: if the battery is urgent and nothing more: maaaaybe a blackview is ok . Generally though: I think the X1 is way more balanced in specs and case ; such an excellent performance / price ratio. Curious thing the phone, however.

Generally though: I think the X1 is way more balanced and got an excellent performance / price ratio : Octa-Core 1.5 GHz, 4GB ram, 64GB mem , two 13 Megapixels cameras and ip68 ( it comes with Lollipop but can be upgraded to 7.0) . Curious Bv, tho! and now in his 18k gold edition the battery is a must!! :O
Cool phone Bv is doing a great try … but in that range : AMG to me is way more appealing (does promises strength and performance as a “regular competitive smartphone” … to launch the first rugged dual camera and resistance to everything) … Still, i love that both ( AMG and Bv) are really defying their style and not imitating Samsung 😀 AND NOW WE HAVE THE X1 GOLD :O !!
