The Smartphone giant Samsung is spreading its leg in the new digital India. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Vice Chairman Mr. Jay Y. Lee met India’s Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in New Delhi yesterday. They discussed the company’s long-term commitment to the people of India as a strategic partner.

Mr. Lee admired the Samsung business operations and citizenship activities in the country. He also explained the Samsung actively participation in the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Digital India’ Initiatives. Mr. Lee also said in the coming future Samsung will no longer be just a foreign investor for the country but tend to make a local business for India.

Samsung is looking forward to make India its new hub of production and a central R&D hub. Besides Make in India, Samsung is also committed to ‘Make for India’. This initiative will create amazing local innovations and jobs in Indian.

The ‘Samsung Smart Class’ Program is helping over 200,000 students in India, from low income to high income families are getting the e-learning experience at 376 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Schools. There are 18 Samsung Tech school have opened in recent year, these schools will increase the skills of youth in the coming tech.  We will see more of Samsung in the coming year, as far as we know that the whole scenario is concerned about the digital India initiative. Samsung will now be named as the top tech giant in India, who are looking forward for the coming tech future of India.
