The Kindle Oasis has been providing one of the best e-reading experiences in the market. Now, Amazon has come up with the upgraded version of their already amazing Kindle Oasis that now offers adjustable display colour temperature with a few minor upgrades that we will discuss further.
The adjustable colour temperature feature allows users to customize the temperature according to their needs ranging from cool white to warm amber hues for a better reading experience. This eases the transition from daytime reading to a comfortable nighttime experience. Providing the feature for warmer display temperature makes reading much easier on the eyes at night.

Amazon clarified that the new Kindle Oasis uses an upgraded E Ink technology that helps load pages quicker. It features a 7 inch 300ppi E Ink display with the same design and only two colour options- Graphite and Gold. It is an IPX8 waterproof device which can handle 2 meters of wet stuff for 60 minutes at a time like splashes of water.
The Kindle Oasis is available for pre-order on Amazon’s website, but it won’t be available until 24th July. The new Kindle Oasis costs $249.99 for the 8GB variant and $279.99 for the 32GB variant.
