  1. I always like such comparative lists as they give you the opportunity to choose what is the best for you. As a Mac user I must admit that the option which runs on both (Mac and Windows) is more popular, cause it’s a universal one, however, the unique solution for special OS works better as it’s designed especially for these tasks and requirements. From the above mentioned list I like GIMP, it was the first software of such a kind, I presume, but it was super performative for me at that time.
