Indian instant messaging platform Hike on added new social features on their groups which are going to be very useful for many of the users out there. As per Vishwanath Ramarao, CTO, Hike Messenger, said “Our new features will make sharing much easier within the group and raise the fun and productivity quotient. We believe that this could be a key driver for groups to come together,”
They have added a “vote” feature where a user can create a poll within that particular group chat with just a single tap.
Another one is “bill split” feature which allows the users to share bills with their friends that particular group and share money with the help of Hike Wallet.
They have also added a Group Checklist feature where a person can create a checklist for all work need to be done before organizing a party and also assign all the work accordingly.
Just like facebook for groups, they have added a Events and Reminders option wherein group chat each friend will be reminded to get ready and enjoy.
For the youngster, they have also added a group fun playing Teen Patti within the Group which can be good for college lectures.
