The company has brought on more delivery partners on the fulfilment front, taking their total reach to 20,000 pin codes. This is insane! And definitely will help to cover a delivery footprint of almost 75% of the country.

To provide ample support to the expected increase in customers, UpScalio has also built out a state-of-the-art customer experience department. The team of 50+ individuals will help customers with any concerns across their purchase journey –  delivery, payment, product-related issues, warranty, and feedback.
