Expanding its “Y” series, the Chinese smartphone maker Vivo launched “Vivo Y83” smartphone. Vivo has used “Made in India” branding with the latest launch. The new smartphone is packing features like Face Access, Ultra HD technology, and an eye protection mode. The Vivo Y83 is priced at Rs. 14,990. The smartphone comes in two color variants of gold and black.

Vivo Y83 sports a 6.22-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) FullView 2.0 IPS display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a display notch. the device houses and an 88% screen-to-body ratio. The device comes with MediaTek Helio P20 SoC which is coupled with 4GB of RAM.
Coming to the camera part Vivo Y83 bears a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. In the front, we get an 8-megapixel selfie camera with Face Access. The best thing you also get a feature of Vivo’s moniker for face recognition. In terms of storage, Vivo Y83 gets 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB). The device is packed in a 3260mAh battery under the hood. We also get a fingerprint sensor.
