Xiaomi, a Chinese electronics company has recently posted an image with #BelieveTheHype on their official website. The image revealed the launch date of the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. As per the news shared on the official website, both these new smartphones will be launched on 17th of July, 2019.
Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39 inch AMOLED Full HD+ display and runs on an Android 9.0 Pie. It has a LPDDR4x RAM up to 8GB and an internal storage up to 256 GB (it cannot be expanded). It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Volte, 4G, 3G and 2G connectivity. It offers a 20 MP motorised pop up front camera and 48MP+13MP+8MP triple rear cameras. It also features on screen fingerprint sensor and other sensors like light sensor, Proximity sensor, accelerometer, compass and gyroscope.
The Redmi K20 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and the device weighs approximately 191 grams. The leaked prices shared by Sahil Kapoor from igyaan are as follows-

- 6 GB + 128 GB – Rs. 25,999
- 8 GB + 128 GB – Rs. 27,999
- 8 GB + 128 GB – Rs. 29,999
The Redmi K20 Pro definitely comes with amazing specifications and is expected to do well in the Indian market. The device will give some tough competition to OnePlus 7 and Asus 6Z considering such aggressive pricing by Xiaomi.
