OKWU Launches Two Smartphones Starting at Rs 8200

OKWU India Private Limited is a domestic mobile technology company whose mission is to innovate, design, develop and produce the best in class devices that automates our lifestyle. OKWU has released Sigma and YU FLY this Diwali.

The devices are being launched after a huge success of OKWU’s Pi and Omicron. These smartphones were launched by the CEO of OKWU, Mr Anshuman Atul and Mr Abhay Metkar, the Chief Business Officer.

So far, the OKWU Sigma has a 5” HD IPS screen while the YU FLY has a 5.7” 1080p, FHD Touchscreen with a Five point Multi-touch. The Sigma has a rear 13-megapixel camera with PDAF technology for clear real-time photographs and includes a 5-megapixel front camera.

On the other hand, the YU FLY has an 8-megapixel front camera and 13 megapixel back camera with filters, HDR, LED Flash and 10 shooting modes. Both the phones have 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 64 GB. The Sigma runs on Android Nougat 7.0 whereas the YU FLY runs on the Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system.

Processors used by Sigma and YU FLY are Mediatek6737 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 respectively. Sigma has a battery of 2450 mAh while the YU FLY includes a 3059 mAh battery. Both the phones support 4G VOLTE. These phones were unveiled on 11th October in New Delhi.
