Dockabl strengthens its leadership ranks; appoints Sekhar Variam as its CTO

Dockabl is an employee experiencing a platform that provides Software as a service (SaaS) to the companies. As per the recent news, the company announced that Sekhar Variam has been appointed as chief technology officer (CTO) of Dockabl and he will work from the company’s office situated in Bangalore. However, the company is planning to expand its services to other tech centers like Hyderabad and Chennai and wants to strengthen its pan-India presence.

Talking about the history, before being appointed as a chief technology officer (CTO) of Dockabl, Sekhar Variam used to work as the technology head of IncRev Corporation. IncRev is a silicon-based technology company that started 13 years ago. Dockabl’s main aim to appoint Variam as CTO was to strengthen the company’s technological capabilities, building and creating new product lines and expanding existing products.

Apart from serving the company in the best possible way Variam is also going to add Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to Dockabl’s products in order to ensure that the products become more efficient and user-friendly.

Samarth Masson, co-founder of Dockabl said that the company identifies the ever-changing nature of the business environment and plans that the organization should always stay ahead of all the competition. He also added that with domain-leading professionals like Sekhar Variam, the company is confident of expanding the revolutionary employee experience management product to become more scalable and will be able to deliver even better outcomes for our clients.
