EvoluteIQ, an AI-native enterprise automation company, has announced two key additions to its global executive leadership team. The company has appointed Paul Maguire as Chief Growth Officer, based in London, and Abhinaya S R as Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Bengaluru.
The appointments come after EvoluteIQ’s recent $53 million investment from Baird Capital, strengthening the company’s focus on international growth, enterprise adoption, and organisational scale.

The leadership expansion is especially important for India, where Bengaluru plays a major role in EvoluteIQ’s global operations. The city serves as one of the company’s core technology and innovation hubs, supporting research and development for the EIQ platform and its proprietary Agentic Mesh Architecture {aMa}.

Abhinaya S R to Lead Global People Strategy
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Abhinaya S R will lead EvoluteIQ’s global people strategy, talent development, leadership depth, and organisational culture.
She brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across fast-growing technology companies, including Abnormal AI, Soroco, ThoughtWorks, and Infosys. Her role at EvoluteIQ will focus on building the talent architecture and cultural foundation required to support high-performance growth across multiple global locations.
Speaking on her appointment, Abhinaya said India has long been recognised as a global talent powerhouse, and that talent is now helping define the future of technology. She added that EvoluteIQ’s work in Agentic AI gives the company an opportunity to build a culture where people grow alongside the technology being created for global enterprises.
Paul Maguire Takes Charge of Global Growth
Paul Maguire, who has served as a Board Advisor to EvoluteIQ for more than three years, will now join the company full-time as Chief Growth Officer.
In this role, he will lead EvoluteIQ’s global go-to-market strategy, with a focus on enterprise market expansion, strategic partnerships, and the adoption of the company’s end-to-end agentic automation model across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Paul said enterprises are increasingly looking for scalable, outcome-driven automation solutions that can work across complex business environments. He added that EvoluteIQ’s approach to combining workflows, data, and AI creates a strong opportunity for growth in the enterprise automation market.
