iRobot is an American robotics manufacturing company specialised in vacuum robot has showcased their products in India. The company home robots can help folks live smarter and carefree as it cleans the house automatically. The brand features proprietary technologies for connected home appliances. The robots also come with advanced features such as navigation, mobility and artificial intelligence.

As far as we know, the brand has showcased quite a few products in their event and as products popularity will grow, they might release more. There is a total of six devices that the brand had showcased, all of them belonging to Roomba series except one; the Braava 390t.
Braava 390t Mopping Robot
The Braava vacuum robot is of rectangular shape and works well on all kind of hard floors. It has a multipurpose cleaning pad, microfiber cloths, a reservoir for wet mapping and a Cube-10-cube navigation sensor, which means it has autopilot on a grid basis. It also has features such as fast charging and quite cleaning that generates less sound.
Roomba 900 series Vaccum Robots
The Roomba 900 series consist of two models; the Roomba 966 & Roomba 980. Both the model has identical features except that the Roomba 980 has a carpet reader and 120 minutes of runtime. As far as we know, both of them features an iAdapt 2.0 Responsive Navigation Technology, for navigation. For cleaning it uses AeroForce Performance Cleaning System and Dirt Detect Series 2 technology. They also have features such as Edge-cleaning, Self-cleaning, Self-adjusting cleaning head and many more. Apart from that, both the vacuum robot can be connected to the iRobot Home app for more customisation and schedule cleaning management.
Roomba 600 Series Vaccum Robots
The Roomba 600 series also features two base model; the Roomba 606 & Roomba 671. Some of the majors between both the model are, that the Roomba 606 does not feature support for iRobot home app, making it more of a manual smart home device rather than a WiFi connected one. As for the specs, both of the vacuum robots features iAdapt navigation system as well as self-cleaning and self-charging.
Roomba E series Vaccum Robots
The Roomba e5 is probably one of the most advanced models of iRobot. It has iAdapt navigation, Aeroforce cleaning system, Dirt detector, Edge cleaning, self-cleaning, Series 2 bin, Highly efficient filter and support for iRobot home app and not just that. It also comes with an advances Virtual wall technology, which lets the user set a device at a place where he/she don’t want the robot to go and will create a barrier for the robot. The company also said that it will come with an Amazon Alexa support.
Virtual Wall
If you want to block the device from going outside of the doorway then this is an extra accessories which you need to add in your room. Virtual Wall creates an invisible barrier that Roomba won’t cross.
