Xiaomi has returned with its new device in the Indian market, the Mi Band 2. After the huge success of Mi band and Mi Band Plus which exceptionally phenomenal. Xiaomi Mi Band ranked number 2 by shipments in the worldwide wearables market. Xiaomi is looking forward to adding up more in that success by their new successor Mi Band 2.
The Mi Band 2 is now equipped with an OLED display, with an astounding battery life of 20 days in a single charge. Mi Band 2 is an upgraded version of the Mi Band. Now, the device can show time with a lift of the wrist, and if you tap on the button, some more information will also be displayed like steps taken or heart rate.
The device is IP6 splash-resistant which comes with a hypo-allergic silicone band. The hypo-allergic silicone band is specially designed so that it could be worn all the time, which makes the device an exceptional fitness tracker. The new upgrade also lets user open their smartphone instantly with Mi Band 2 if held closer.
The device is also compatible with Mi-Fit, which is available for all Android devices and iOS platform. The new app also allows a user to send notification alert on the Band as well.
The Mi Band 2 is available on Mi.com from today onwards. The price of the device is 1,999 INR. The device will also be available on Amazon from 30 September.
