A new startup, OKWU has launched its latest smartphone in India at just 10,499 INR. The device is specifically targeted to the budget section market of Redmi note 4 and other mid-range devices. The company Is focused on giving its user a better smartphone experience in the budget section. As for now, the new Omicron will be going available in the offline market.
The Omicron is professionally designed and has a very fine full-metal unibody, which gives the user a premium look and feels. The device is packing with a 1.5 GHz MediaTek Quad-core Processor, which is backed by a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The internal storage is expandable up to 64GB via microSD card.
The device has a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD screen with a pixel resolution of 1920 x 1820 and an awesome 480 ppi of pixel density. The Omicron is also featuring a fingerprint sensor, which is installed on the back of the device. The camera in the device is a 13 Megapixel shooter and a PDAF sensor for better pictures. The front camera is a 5 Megapixel shooter with a Selfie flash.
The device also carries a 3,000 mAh battery, which lasts for more than a day in standby mode. It also has additional features like VoLTE. Overall the device is a good phone in this price bracket, with a good performance and a long-lasting use.
