ASUS ZenBook Duo, ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo Notebooks with Dual Screens Launched in India

Asus, a Taiwan-based, multinational computer hardware and consumer electronics company, has today launched its lineup of ZenBook Duo and ZenBook Pro Duo notebooks in India.  The ZenBook Duo lineup comes with a secondary display which is situated just above the keyboard. As per the brand, this additional display is known as the ASUS Screenpad.

ASUS ZenBook Duo Specifications:

  1. It is powered by Intel’s tenth generation (Comet Lake) Core i7 and i5 CPUs.
  2. In India, this device comes with Intel Core i7-10510U and the Intel Core i5-10210U processor options and uses the NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU with up to 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM for graphics acceleration.
  3. It comes in two RAM options, like 8GB and 16GB (2133MHz LPDDR3).
  4. It offers only SSD as the storage medium.
  5. ASUS ZenBook Duo is a compact machine and comes with a 14-inch LED display with Full HD resolution.
  6. The secondary display, often known as Screenpad, features a display of 12.6-inches.
  7. It also features a touchpad on the bottom right corner of the machine.
  8. It comes with a 70Wh 4-cell Lithium-ion battery to power itself and comes with a 65W adapter for charging.
  9. The device runs on Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Home, depending on the configuration you choose.

The ASUS ZenBook Duo comes with the price of the base variant, starting at INR 89,990.

SPECIFICATIONS OF ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo:

  1. It comes with two processor option in India. The first one is the Intel Core i9-9980HK processor and the second option packing the Intel Core i7-9750H processor.
  2. Both these processors use thee NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU with 6GB GDDR6 VRAM for graphics.
  3. The device comes in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB 2666MHz DDR4 RAM options.
  4. It comes with a 15.6-inch OLED display with 4k resolution – a significant upgrade over the standard IPS panel used on the ZenBook Duo.
  5. The Screenpad comes with a 14-inches of display and also has 4K resolution (3840 x 1100 pixels).
  6. It features a 71Wh 8-cell Li-Polymer battery and ships with a 230W power adapter.
  7. It offers a discrete palm rest, a detachable laptop stand, and the ASUS Pen.
