Asus is all set to launch its Zenfone AR in India. The Taiwan-based company announced the device today at the price of 49,999 INR. The device will be available online from today, July 13th. It will be available in two colour variants, Black and gold.
As far as the specification is concerned, The Zenfone AR is packing a Snapdragon 821 processor with 8 GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB. The device is rocking an Adreno 506 GPU and features a 5.7-inch IPS QHD Super AMOLED display with a pixel resolution of 1440×2560. The smartphone also features a 2.5D curved glass and a Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
The Asus Zenfone AR has a 23-Megapixel rear camera with TriTech+ autofocus system, dual PDAF sensor, second generation laser autofocus and continuous focus along with motion tracking, depth sensing and area learning, which is a preliminary tool to run Tango. It also sports 4-axis OIS and 3-axis EIS for recording videos. The front camera is an 8-Megapixel shooter with 85-degree wide angle lens.

The device also comes with some extra features such as vapour cooling system, to keep the device cool when using AR and VR capabilities. For a good audio experience, it has ICEpower enhanced mono 5-magnet loudspeaker, which produced high-quality loud sound.
The device features a 3300 mAh battery, which is capable of powering the device for two continuous days without charging.
