Even a 10 -15 minutes of workout session has a high positive impact on our body and mind. Fitness, for me, is a method to achieve mental stability.

My Thoughts

Starting your own workout and following a proper diet program can be overwhelming for a majority of people if not some. These apps are those handy tools which you have access to fall back on and work towards your health goals. My personal preference would be FITTR, it acts as a knowledge base for those who want to learn a lot and its evidence-based guidelines in nutrition and training are super helpful. It does have a workout/ exercise tracking system of its own, but I prefer Strong over this because of its interface.
