Most of us are missing going out on trips to find our calm in the hills or the beaches, away from the hectic city life. It may be challenging to go for trips in this pandemic like situation; however, it is still important to find our peace in the comfort of our homes. Meditation is the best way to do so. Meditation is perceived as a process of training your mind to focus and redirecting your thoughts.
Many people find meditation as a way mode of relieving stress and improving their power to concentrate and focus. Mediation, if added in your daily wellness regimen, can serve as a huge benefit in reducing your stress levels, anxiety levels, or insomnia. The above are just some of the benefits of doing meditation which most of us are more or less aware about, however, what holds us back from adding this activity in our everyday routine is the confusion about how to proceed in the process, and how to know if you are doing it the right way. My Thoughts
Meditation helps an individual to drastically improve their productivity levels, boost focus level and confidence. It trains the mind to perform in its fullest capabilities and helps improve the mental wellbeing of an individual. All the above apps are focused on relieving stress and anxiety levels of individuals, which indeed is very needful in today’s modern world.
Even though all the above apps are good in what they promise to do, my personal favourite is Sattva, mainly because I’m one of those who find peace in ancient music and sacred sounds- chant and mantras. All it requires me to do is close my eyes and let the music and sacred sounds do their magic of relaxing my mind, which is very soothing and calming.
