Huawei Mate 20 Pro is the flagship phone launched by Huawei in India on Tuesday. The highlights of the new Huawei phone is its Triple Rear Camera setup, latest and greatest processor and its premium look. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is priced at Rs. 69,990 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India from December 4. It will be available for Amazon Prime members from a day before, i.e., December 3.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a 6.39-inch QHD+ (3120 x 1440 pixels) resolution, curved OLED Display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, DCI-P3 HDR support, and high color saturation. Apart from a notched display, the screen to body ratio is 86.9 %. The phone comes with a ‘Hyper Optical Pattern’ textured glass back for better grip.
The new Huawei phone runs on EMUI 9.0 on top of Android 9.0 Pie, which makes it a good choice for even picky Android mobile casino fans. The smartphone is powered by the latest Kirin 980 octa-core SoC paired with Mali-G76 MP10 GPU and dual neural processing units (NPU) for AI functions. It comes with 6GB and 8GB RAM options and Internal storage options include 128GB and 256GB.
On the optic front, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is equipped with a triple camera setup that consists a 40-megapixel primary camera with a f/1.8 aperture for wide-angle, a 20-megapixel sensor with a f/2.2 aperture for super wide shots and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. The camera setup is coupled with laser and phase detection autofocus and Huawei’s AI image stabilization. There is 24-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front side.
Under the hood, the smartphone packs a 4,200mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge and 15W Wireless Quick Charge support. As per the company, the smartphone can charge to up to 70 % in 30 minutes. Connectivity options includes – dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, NFC and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone features an in-display fingerprint sensor with Dynamic Pressure Sensing tech and a 3D face unlock for security. The smartphone has an IP68 certification which makes it dust and water resistant. The phone will come in three color options – Black, Emerald Green, and Midnight Blue.
