Huawei May Release its First 5G Smartphone this Month

Huawei Technology Co.Ltd, a Chinese multinational technology company is going to launch it’s the first 5G smartphone in India, the Huawei Mate 20X, before the end of July. However, the smartphone will go on sale in China on July 26th. Apart from India and China, the Huawei Mate 20X will be available in UAE from July 12, 2019. In other countries, the release of Huawei’s first 5G handset is more uncertain because of its presence on the USA’s entity list, which has caused Google to suspend its Android licence.

The Huawei Mate 20X (5G) features a 7.2-inch display screen, triple rear cameras (40MP+20MP+8MP) and a selfie camera of 24 MP. It runs on an Android 9.0 pie operating system and is powered by an octa-core 2.6 GHz processor which is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded up to 256GB via MicroSD card. It is backed-up by a battery of 5000mAh and supports sensors like light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, barometer, compass, gyroscope and fingerprint sensor.

Huawei Mate 20X will be available in two colour options: Phantom Silver and Midnight Blue. As per the news, in India, the Huawei Mate 20X is aspected to be priced at Rs 76,990.
