Lenovo unveils smart ThinkPad laptops in India

Lenovo, a Chinese multinational technology company has recently launched its updated 2019 series of ThinkPad series laptops in the Indian Market. The brand has recently launched the ThinkPad T490, ThinkPad P43 and ThinkPad P1 (generation 2) business laptops in India. The new ThinkPad series comes with the features that is going to offer enhanced privacy and data security.

Lenovo ThinkPad T490

  1. It is best suited laptop for people who prefer to do multitasking.
  2. It comes in a lightweight and offers durability.
  3. ThinkPad T490 features 22 percent slimmer bezels as compared to last generation model.
  4. It features a display of 14-inches and the users can equip it with up to WQHD IPS display with support for Dolby Vision.
  5. It operates on 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processors with vPro security built-in.
  6. The brand offers the customers to choose between integrated Intel Graphics 620 or Nvidia’s dedicated MX 250 graphics card.
  7. It can be coupled with up to 48GB DDR4 RAM and up to 1TB PCIe SSD storage.

The major highlighting feature of this new series by Lenovo is the Match-on-Chip fingerprint touch sensor along with an IR camera paired to windows Hello for face unlock features. The webcam used in the laptop comes with a Think Shutter camera cover that users can use to cover the webcam when they don’t need it.

The ThinkPad comes with a privacy feature named as PrivacyGuard feature which will dim the screen and make it difficult for people adjacent to you to see the screen. Not only this much the privacy alert feature will also notify you if someone is shoulder snooping.

Lenovo ThinkPad P43s

 It is one of the smallest and lightest portable workstations that supports 100 percent Adobe colour gamut and Dolby Vision HDR technology.

Lenovo ThinkPad P1

  1. It is the most powerful version of the ThinkPad.
  2. It operates on Xeon Processors
  3. It is equipped with 4GB NVIDIA Quadro P1000 discrete graphics to support Client AI.

More detailed specifications are yet to be revealed. The brand has also not disclosed the price any of three notebooks yet. Stay tuned for more information.
