Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 8 Pro With Quad Rear Cameras Launched: Price, Specifications

Redmi, a Chinese based smartphone and a sub-brand owned by the Chinese electronics company Xiaomi have recently launched Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro under the Redmi Note 8 series and there are more chances for Redmi to add more smartphones under this series.

SPECIFICATIONS OF REDMI NOTE 8

  1. Redmi Note 8 runs on an Android 9 Pie.
  2. It features a full HD+ display of 6.39-inch.
  3. The phone is protected via Gorilla Glass 5 on both front and back
  4. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
  5. It offers quad-camera setup at the rear end. The quad-camera set up features a 48-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter, and two 2-megapixel cameras.
  6. It sports a 13MP selfie camera.
  7. It is backed up by a battery of 4,000mAh with 18W fast charging support, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and IR blaster.

SPECIFICATIONS OF REDMI NsOTEE 8 PRO

  1. It operates on MIUI based on an Android 9 Pie.
  2. It features a full HD+ display of 6.53-inch.
  3. The phone is protected via Gorilla Glass 5 on both front and back
  4. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s new gaming focussed Helio G90T SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM.
  5. It company has added the liquid cooling support in Redmi Note 8 Pro in order to improve the gaming experience for the Redmi Note 8 Pro users
  6. It also features Game Turbo 2.0 mode.
  7. It is the first phone of the company with a 64 MP rear camera along with 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter and two 2-megapixel cameras.
  8. It comes with a battery of a 4,500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, NFC, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, IR blaster.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY:

Redmi Note 8 price has been set to Rs. 10,000 for the base model 4GB + 64GB and the base model 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants will cost for RS. 12,000 and Rs. 14,000 respectively. The sale for Redmi 8 will take place from September 17 onwards.

Redmi Note 8 Pro costs for Rs 14,000 for its base variant of 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB models are priced at Rs 16,000 and Rs. 18,000 respectively. Redmi Note 8 Pro will go on sale from September 3 onwards.
