Now, when Sinch is Acquiring ACL, it is basically planning to build a new era of cloud communication in India. On the other hand, ACL Mobile which is known as a leading communications platform provider is rising up to achieve a global footprint and in order to do so the company is planning to sell a majority per cent of its outstanding shares to Sinch AB (publ)- XTSO: Sinch. The partnership is established on a definite agreement, signed between the two companies. The deal’s total cash considerations amount to SEK 655 million/Rs 535 crore.

Sinch is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and is a trusted and well-known provider of cloud communication on mobile platforms. Currently, the company operates across 30 countries worldwide. Whereas, ACL Mobile is a made-in-India and is a leader of cloud communications services with more than 500 enterprise customers from key sectors like BFSI, Retail/e-commerce, and Travel.
As per the agreement:
- Sinch will get access to the vast and expansive domestic market in India.
- Sinch can take advantage of ACL’s direct connections to mobile operators in India, Malaysia, and UAE. It can then provide end-to-end connectivity, to global businesses around the world.
