Xiaomi Redmi 7A With Snapdragon 439 Launched in India

Xiaomi, a Chinese electronics company has recently launched Redmi 7A in India after launching it successfully in China. Xiaomi offers a 2 years of warranty on Redmi 7A, just for it’s Indian customers.

Redmi 7A features a 5.45 inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 439 SoC and runs on an Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 on the top. It is backed up a 4000 mAh battery with 10W charging Support. However, to please Indian customers, Xiaomi offers a 12MP Sony IMX486 camera at the back along with an LED flash and PDAF lens, on the Indian variant of Redmi 7A. Along with 12 MP rear camera, Redmi 7A also has a 5 MP selfie camera that supports AI face unlock feature.

Redmi 7A is available in various colour options like Matte Black, Matte Blue, and Matte Gold. Redmi 7A is available in two variants based on storage. One is 2GB RAM+16GB of internal storage variant and the other is 2GB RAM +32GB of internal storage variant. Both the variants support connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Micro USB and 3.55 mm headphone jack.

As per the news, Redmi 7A will go on sale in India on 11th of July at 12 noon. It will be available for purchase through websites like Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home stores. The Redmi 7A(2GB RAM+ 16GB) storage variants is priced at Rs 5,999 and Redmi 7A(2GB RAM+ 32GB) storage variants is priced at Rs 6, 199. The company is also offering an introductory offer of Rs 200 discount on both the variants of Redmi 7A. The offer is only applicable to Indian buyers and is valid till the end of July.
