Huami, the largest wearable device company worldwide has recently revealed its largest smartwatch called AmazFit GTR. AmazFit GTR is one of the smallest and lightest smartwatches available in the market. It only weights for 25.5 grams. It is available in two sizes- 42 mm and 47mm and three case options: stainless steel. Aluminum and Titanium. Apart from the standard models available, Xiaomi also introduced Swarovski Edition with crystal-encrusted bezels and an Iron Man Edition with a themed dial, matte black ceramic bezel, gold-colored case, and a red silicone strap.
AmazFit GTR 42mm the variant comes with a 1.2-inch AMOLED display and 195mAh Li-Po battery that offers a battery life of 34 days on a single charge, whereas AmazFit GTR 47mm the variant comes with a 1.39-inch AMOLED display and 410mAh that offers a battery life of 74 days on a single charge. Both the variants are protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and are compatible with all the devices that run on Android 5.0 or above and iOS 10 or higher.
AmazFit GTR smartwatches are waterproof up to a depth of 50 meters and offer sensors like 6-Axis Accelerometer, a 3 Axial Geomagnetic sensor, an air pressure sensor, a capacitive sensor, and an Ambient Light Sensor. This smartwatch features Bio Tracker PPG bio-optical sensors for advanced heart rate monitoring, NFC support, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, GPS+GLONASS, sedentary reminder, all-day health monitoring, sleep analysis and more.
AmazFit GTR the smartwatch will be initially available only in China. The 42mm variant of the watch is priced at 799 yuan(Rs 8000) and the Iron man edition variant is priced at 1,399 yuan(Rs 14,000).
