Alexa is no doubt one of the most popular virtual assistants developed by Amazon in the present days. New hardware devices are coming up which will have Amazon’s Alexa built in with them. Four Indian manufacturers have announced on Monday to launch new products that will have Alexa built-in. The Indian brands iBall, boAt, MyBox and Sirena Technologies will come out with Alexa built-in devices starting from next month.

There are already a few devices in the market that are Alexa enabled, like QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II, Jabra 65t Bluetooth Earbuds, Motorola Pulse 3 Headphones, Harman Kardon Portable speaker and more. The Indian brands mentioned above will integrate Alexa Voice Sevice into their products allowing you to play music, hear the news, and have an amazing overall voice control experience.
These are Bluetooth enabled headphones from iBall that will feature support for Alexa. They are portable, foldable and the lightweight and soft cushions provide for a comfortable experience. They have a built-in mic and rechargeable battery. Users can access Alexa by downloading the VerveLife App. These headphones are priced at Rs. 2,225.
boAt Stone 700A:
This is a waterproof, dustproof and shock proof smart speaker from boAt. The battery life is expected to be of 8 hours for the longer experience. It features dual premium drivers, 360-degree surround sound, compact design and a rechargeable battery. It is priced at Rs. 7,999 but will be sold at Rs. 4,000 as an introductory price on Amazon. It comes in two colour variants – Military Green and Rugged Black.
MyBox Alexa Kit:
It is a new way of interacting with the TV Set-top box (STB) for the customers. The users will have a push-to-talk access to Alexa via the mic button on the TV STB remote. This will allow customers to easily check flight timings, look for recipes, play music and more. The MyBox Alexa Kit is available at a price of Rs. 1,999 on Amazon.
It is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled smart speaker by Sirena Technologies. It is claimed to be the world’s smallest portable speaker having a battery life of 2 days and continuous audio streaming for 5-6 hours. It is made of wood and is available in two colour options – red and brown. The microphone array present in the speaker ensures better voice pickup. Vood will be available from mid-November at a price of Rs. 2,699.
