New Oppo Find N3 Launched With Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Chip

The newest book-style foldable smartphone Oppo Find N3, was released on Thursday. The new foldable smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and is the follow-up to last year’s Oppo Find N2. Both the Oppo Find N3 and the OnePlus Open have been revealed on the same day since they were developed in tandem. The innovative Flexion hinge on the Oppo Find N3 is said to have been put through 1,000,000 fold tests.

Oppo Find N3 Features and Specifications

The Oppo Find N3 is a dual SIM (Nano) smartphone that uses Android 13 with ColorOS 13. The device has a 7.82-inch 2K (2,268 x 2,440-pixel) LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display with a pixel density of 426ppi and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The internal display can handle a maximum of 2,800 nits of brightness and a touch response rate of up to 240 Hz. Ultra-thin glass (UTG) shields the screen from damage. The cover screen of this foldable smartphone is a 6.31-inch, 2K (1,116 x 2,484 pixel) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a pixel density of 431ppi.

The new Oppo Find N3 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 system-on-chip (SoC) with an octa-core CPU and an Adreno 740 GPU, and it comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM that can be practically enlarged to 12GB by repurposing some of the phone’s internal storage. The foldable may have as much as 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage installed.

The Oppo Find N3’s triple camera setup, dubbed the Hasselblad, consists of a 48-megapixel Sony LYTIA-T808 1/1.43-inch primary sensor with optical and electronic image stabilization (OIS and EIS, respectively), a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor with 3x optical zoom, and a 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 sensor. The foldable smartphone boasts a 20-megapixel camera on the inside screen and a secondary 32-megapixel camera on the outside screen, making it ideal for taking and sharing selfies and video calls.

The Oppo Find N3 has a USB Type-C connector, as well as 5G and 4G LTE networks, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and a number of other satellite navigation systems. Accelerometers, gyroscopes, hall sensors, proximity sensors, geomagnetic sensors, sensors for measuring ambient light and color temperature, and so on are all on board.

The newest foldable phone from Oppo also has a fingerprint sensor on the side and can be unlocked with a facial scan. The OnePlus tri-state alert slider let you to choose between ring, mute, and quiet modes. Oppo’s Find N3 has a 4,805mAh battery and can be quickly recharged with the included 67W SuperVOOC 2.0 charger.

Oppo Find N3 Price and Availability

The lone 16GB + 256GB storage configuration of the Oppo Find N3 will cost you SGD 2,399 (about Rs. 1,45,300). It’s available in both a Champagne Gold and a Classic Black finish. Pre-orders may be placed beginning on the 20th of October in Singapore.
