Oppo K11 5G Launched With Snapdragon 782G SoC

The newest member of Oppo’s K-series of smartphones, the Oppo K11 5G, was introduced today (July 25) in China. Powered by a Snapdragon 782G SoC, the new 5G smartphone comes in three different memory and storage capacities. It comes in two different colour variations, and its display has a circular cutout for the front-facing camera. The primary camera in its trio of back shooters is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor. The Oppo K11 5G has a 100W rapid charging capability and a 5,000mAh battery.

Oppo K11 5G Features and Specs

The Oppo K11 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ compatibility, 394ppi pixel density, and a maximum 240Hz touch sampling rate, and it operates on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1. With 1,100 nits of local peak brightness and 2,160 Hz of PWM high-frequency dimming, this screen has been certified by TUV Rheinland for low blue light emissions.

The 5G phone is driven by an octa-core 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC running at 2.7GHz and supported by as much as 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM. According to Oppo, the K11 5G scored 7,19,702 on the popular benchmarking site AnTuTu. The physical memory may be increased to 20GB, and it supports 8GB of virtual RAM. The square vapour chamber liquid cooling plate measures 4,129mm.

The optics on the Oppo K11 5G consist of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter, all housed in a triple rear camera unit. A 16-megapixel front-facing camera handles selfies and video chats. The maximum storage capacity of the phone is 512GB of UFS 3.1.

The Oppo K11 5G has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS/A-GPS, and a USB Type-C connector for connectivity. Accelerometer, colour temperature sensor, IR control, gravity sensor, light sensor, gyroscope, and proximity sensor are only some of the sensors on board. The device can be unlocked with either a fingerprint or a face scan thanks to the fingerprint sensor embedded in the display. It also has a linear motor for the X-axis.

The Oppo K11 5G has a 5,000mAh battery that is compatible with 100W flash charging. It is said that the intelligent charging technology can fully charge the battery in under 26 minutes. After 1,600 full and empty cycles, the battery is reported to retain over 80% of its original capacity. Additionally, the handset weighs 184 grammes and has dimensions of 75.5 by 162.7 by 8.23mm.

Oppo K11 5G Price and Availability

The basic edition of the Oppo K11 5G, which has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, can be purchased for CNY 1,899 (about Rs. 21,000. The base model, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs CNY 2,099 (about Rs. 24,000), while the flagship model, with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, costs CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,000). It comes in both Glacier Blue and Moon Shadow Grey (or silver, as it’s called in Chinese).

The Chinese market may pre-order the device now via the manufacturer’s official online store. The worldwide release date and price of the new Oppo K11 5G have not yet been announced.
