It uses the same octa-core Kirin 9000s CPU as the rest of Huawei’s Mate 60 series smartphones, and it can be combined with as much as 12GB of RAM.

A few weeks after launching the OxygenOS 14 open beta update for certain models, OnePlus has announced the OxygenOS 14 Open Beta 2. OnePlus’s latest operating system, OxygenOS 14, has the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE)-based Device Security Engine 3.0 for further protection. The new unified interface for the Security Centre is intended to streamline the process by which users check and adjust their device’s security and privacy settings. Strong Box, a chip-level security encryption technique powered by the integrated eSE (embedded Secure Element) security chip, is new to OxygenOS 14. Its purpose is to prevent unauthorized access to passwords.

OnePlus promises that with the release of OxygenOS 14, the new Auto Pixelate 2.0 feature will further protect users’ privacy while sharing images by blurring out things like phone numbers and credit card details. The “Ask every time” function is a new picture and video permission control option included in OxygenOS 14.
