Infinix Note 5 with Android One Launched in India: All Specifications & Price in India


There are plenty of smartphones that come and go in the Indian market like babies’ fashion itself, it’s extraordinary to see this amount of enthusiasm around people for a smartphone. Every week the smartphone manufacturer is launching a new phone in the market although the large share of the market is dominated by particular tech giants, there are some companies that seek to challenge the competition.

The Hong Kong based smartphone manufacturer Infinix, which seems to be standing as a competition for the budget-oriented smartphone has launched its latest device Infinix Note 5 in India on Thursday. The biggest highlights of Infinix Note 5 is a Full View display, VoLTE, Android 8.1 Oreo and a front camera coupled with an affordable price tag. The smartphone comes with a starting price tag of Rs. 9,999 and 11,999 INR.

The Infinix Note 5 sports a 5.99-inch HD+ Full View display with 1080 x 2160-pixel resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone also has an Eye Care mode and a 78.65% screen-to-body ratio. In terms of performance, the phone is powered by a 64-bit Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P23 SoC clocked at 2 GHz and will be available in two storage options- 3GB RAM+32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage. The storage on the phone is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.


Infinix Note 5 runs Android Oreo with the company’s own XOS 3.3.0 Lite Hummingbird skin on top. For optics, the handset comes with a 12-megapixel sensor at the back along with a five-piece lens sporting a f/2.0 aperture and phase detection autofocus (PDAF) along with an LED flash. For selfies, there is a 16-megapixel sensor at the front along with a f/2.0 aperture lens.

The smartphone packs a 4500 mAh battery that will provide up to more than a day standby time. Connectivity options include- 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.


The 3GB RAM variant of the Infinix Note 5 is priced at Rs.9,999 while the 4GB RAM variant will set you back Rs.11,999. As we can aspect and what the specs look like, the device seems to be promised and a budget-oriented beast that will surely minimize users tension for charging, as long as the performance goes, you have to wait for the full review.
