The official Oxygen OS 4.0 which is more stable and better looking than the previous OS. The OnePlus announced the rollout on OnePlus Forums around 2 PM IST on 31 December 2016. The update came immediately after the launch of Oxygen OS Open Beta 10 on 28th of December.

Featured UI changes:

Notification: Now, we have quick reply action in the notification bar itself, which is limited for specific apps. The Nougat bundled notification is also present, which manages all the notification per app and shows them as together. It helps a lot in E-mails application, and you can also delete or reply directly from the notification panel.

New Settings: Well, obviously there will be new settings it is Oxygen OS 4.0. The coolest setting which we found out is the night mode and display, in here you can change the display size from minimum to maximum. And when you are using the small display size, you have a lot more on the screen, which basically utilizes the screen space a little bit better.

Status bar: The setting for the status bar is now have more features than before. Now, you can choose which icon you need on the status bar. For example, you can turn off the VoLTE showing on the status bar all the time. Which comes very handy, when you have a lot of notifications.

Three finger screenshot: Now, you can just swipe down three fingers downwards, and it will take a screenshot, which is very cool gesture update.

Multi Window: Multi Windows is now there to boost up the working your smartphone. You just have to swipe the screen up, and in the next section, you can open another app.

The updates are only rolling out for OnePlus 3 and 3T consumers.
