VIVO technology has launched another successor of the V series in India, the Vivo V5 Plus. The device is a dual camera smartphone, featuring two front facing cameras and one rear camera. It has a 20 megapixel and an 8-megapixel front camera. The device is the first ever front facing dual camera phone. The Vivo V5 Plus is priced at 27,980 INR. The device is a VoLTE enabled smartphone, which will give a quality video/audio calling on LTE network.
Vivo V5 Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 625 2.0Ghz Octa-core processor, with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the custom Funtouch OS 3.0 over it.
The Vivo V5 Plus is packing with a 16MP rear camera and a 20+8 megapixel front camera. The device is also inbuilt with Sony IMX376 Exmor RS, CMOS Sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The device also has features Moonlight Glow feature, which allows users to click perfect selfies in low lighting condition. It has a custom built AK4376 Hi-fi audio chip, that gives an exemplarily sound, with a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 115dB.
The Vivo V5 has a 5.5-inch HD display with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 display, the device is also protected with Corning Gorilla glass 5 & 2.5D curved glass. It features a 3,055mAh non-removable battery. V5 also supports an ‘Eye Protection Mode’ feature that filters out blue light to protect vision and prevents eye strain. The device also features a fingerprint sensor, which can unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds.
