So, Vivo again launched their new line up under selfie camera portfolio by launching Y66 in the market. Y66 is also a selfie centric phone with 16MP front facing camera with companies moonlight front flash in it.

The Device is priced at Rs. 14,999, which makes it cover under mid-range Android smartphone. They have differentiated the normal flash with ‘Moonlight Glow’ because it induces more natural glow compare to normal flash. In addition with 16MP front camera and a Moonlight flash, the device has a 13MP back camera with a normal LED flashlight. Vivo Y66 looks identical to the previously launched Vivo V5.

The device houses a 5.5-inch HD display with a 2.5D curve on it. The smartphone is made of of plastic and no metal is being used on it. Vivo Y66 is powered by an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor which is paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expandable to up to 256Gb via Microsd card slot.

The device is packed with a 3000mAh battery in it. Vivo Y66 runs on Android 6.0 with the skin of FunTouch OS 3.0 which is updated from it previous version. The UI seems to be inspired and identical from iOS devices, but still the UI of the phone is quite smooth and while using it on short basis on lag was there.

The phone has a  features of ‘Smart Screen-Split’ that allows users to run two apps simultaneously. We also get a added ‘Eye Protection Mode’ to protect your eyes from display’s in bright light during night time.
