Vivo V5 Plus is powered by a Snapdragon 625 2.0Ghz Octa-core processor, with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal memory. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the custom Funtouch OS 3.0 over it.

The Vivo V5 Plus is packing with a 16MP rear camera and a 20+8 megapixel front camera. The device is also inbuilt with Sony IMX376 Exmor RS, CMOS Sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
