The Best Search Engine Optimization Tips From Pros

0

2018 is a wrap, you guys! Congrats on keeping your business afloat and thriving in the constantly changing market! With 2019 already well on the way, it is time to consider your strategy for the new quarter and see how your online presence and reach compare to those of your competitors. We contacted our reliable Denver SEO Service friends (because who better to ask than the pros, right?) and did a little throwback blog on what SEO tips and strategies worked best in 2018. Kind of like an SEO cheat sheet for the previous year. Maybe some of them will inspire you to start the new year with a climb in rank! Dive right in!

Research your keywords

Well, this is the single basic staple of good SEO no matter what year we are in, so we might as well start with that – but the truth is, 2018 saw a huge rise in the insistence on intelligent keyword understanding, as opposed to just cramming them into text. When a person in the real world has a problem, a need, or a want, they are going to navigate the virtual world in a very specific boat in order to sail to a solution. You have to figure out exactly which words and phrases people are going to search or, and then you need to find a way to incorporate those into your own online presence.

Make people understand that your content is the solution they were looking for. To do this, select one primary keyword and a few secondary ones to form a small intention set. The words and phrases should be related in meaning, and they all have to share that particular intent that a searcher is most likely to have when typing them into a browser search bar. When you have the same intent behind your search terms, you can make sure they will be neatly addressed by the same piece(s) of content. You may also want to check out this link for a handy collection of best SEO how tips and how-to’s.

The Best Search Engine Optimization Tips From Pros 1

Be smart in employing the hierarchy

Okay, so by now you are certainly more or less an expert on different types of keywords, like local search, long-tailed keywords, intent phrases (especially those with buying intent) and all of that fun stuff. But how often do you stop to think about their mutual positions?

If you want your rankings to skyrocket, we earnestly recommend you sit down and give it some thought. We already mentioned primary and secondary; now get smart with your related keywords as well. Related keywords share a semantic connection (related meaning) with your primary ones, and this is what Google scours for in your content to see whether it is relevant to the query.

What is important to remember is that these related keywords have to be present in your text content. Let us reiterate that: text content, guys. If you place them in videos, or other visuals, or any other embedded elements, they will likely not count. It is hard for Google to sift them out from there. These things are not even fully treated as page content – more like content somehow linked to the page – so you have to rely on text to prove to Google that you have the relevant keywords on your pages in order to get that traffic. While you are here, you may want to do a full-on audit for your website. Find some awesome tips for that at this web page: https://searchengineland.com/5-minute-seo-audit-196513.

Never neglect the SERP investigation

Seriously, it is the simplest and most effective thing to do: go Sherlock Holmes on Google Search itself! It also kind of ties in with our initial point. Perform a search with the engine – go with any search query at all. See what gets back to you. This will help you understand what content Google thinks is the most relevant to your query keywords. What answers does Google perceive as the most useful for searchers? If you crack its way of thinking, you can find service gaps and get top

Spotify: The Music Streaming War Continues…

Streaming war in India is at its peak, not just Indian but foreign corporations are equally participating to get a minute share of the digital market. There are far fewer facts to tell what is happening and what may happen in this battle of digital space, but one thing is clear, data comes at a price tag. I’m sure you’re well aware of the recent event that I’m talking about, the Spotify’s entry in India. Is it serious competition for Indian music streaming giants like Ganna or Jio Saavn? Or is it just another corporation pitching some fancy deal to make the Indian data consumers pay for music? You be the judge.

Do I make sense here?

Spotify-1

You see, whenever these sorts of event happen, there are two factors. First, money & premium service and second why should I pay. Honestly speaking, even I ask that question to myself, why am I paying for Netflix, when I can simply download the movie from torrent for free? The answer is quite simple, easiness, except that there is no other way to put this in perspective. Some people might tell you that they don’t support piracy and I respect their ideology, but sometimes their own ideology comes into question when an episode of Game of Thrones is leaked online. Yes, I just did that.

Also see: Best Sites to Buy Twitch Followers & Viewers

You may find paying for a particular premium service beneficial at some point, but at the same time your friend is using other free means and enjoying that same service, so why should you be the bait here? Why should you pay for a service that is mostly free? Do you care about the music that is being played in your expensive speaker when you’re taking a sip of your morning tea? Do you tell everyone that you paid for the music? NO, nobody does that.

Let’s talk about competition.

I’m sure many of you are the free subscriber of services like Gaana, Jio Saavn and Wynk. I myself use Wynk music for no apparent reason whatsoever, the only complimentary feature I get as an Airtel user is, I can download offline music, obviously at a cost of some ads that usually play after 4 to 5 songs. And that is okay, I get high-quality 320kpbs music and unlimited offline download at a mere cost of ads. I’m fine with it.

Also see: Spotify: The New Age Music Streaming War 🎶

BUT when I look at other music streaming platforms like Gaana and JioSaavn I feel disappointment, not because of their music library or app, but because of feature like an offline download that has become a necessity. But I and you should not judge these apps on the basis of some additional feature, as far as I know, Wynk music is providing offline download to only its airtel user. And let’s just agree that not all of you are airtel customer. So, what other users are doing here?

By the way, I’m just talking about these few local service providers, I’m not even considering tech giants like Apple Music, Prime Music and Google Play Music. And the reason is they are very up above in this streaming game, only because of their vast music library. On the fact side, they don’t even capture the music streaming market that much compare to the local providers. The general public is either using Gaana, JioSaavn or Wynk Music. That’s why I’m sceptical about Spotify dominance on Indian Streaming Market. Will you pay that much for music? Will Spotify introduce extra feature just for India?

Spotify is serious about India.

Spotify-pricing

I think they just did. The premium subscription of Spotify costs a whopping 9.99 USD/month (700 approx. INR) in the US but it cost only 129 INR/month in India. There is no change in the catalogue, there is no restriction on music listening, you’ll use the same User Interface that a subscriber in the United States will use. My point is, why? Why Spotify has introduced this plan? Is it especially for India? Or is it a new subscription package for all the world? Nobody knows, not even me.

With this new scheme, it’s positive that Spotify is serious to set their foot in the Indian market. And they should be, a population like India where almost everyone owns a smartphone, it’s a golden opportunity.

My thoughts

I can’t say anything at this time. Spotify seems very serious about India, I mean no company in their good mind would reduce their subscription plan, even Netflix didn’t do it. What we do know that Spotify is shaking hands with Indian music companies like T-series, Sony etc. and also with some Independent artist but let’s just wait. Let the Indian Consumer subscribe to the 13 INR/day plan, whatever the hell is that plan though. That was my time folks, stay tuned for the next update.

Importance of POS System in Hospitals and Dispensaries

0

Whether you run one healthcare institution or twenty, your automation systems must always and everywhere fit with your business.

Reasons to use a POS system

The Pos system plays an important role in every store. Whether it’s a dispensary, clinic or hospital. It is therefore important that your POS system fits in well with it. A point-of-sale system is a computer-controlled checkout system and is therefore also able to do more than just deal with transactions.

A point-of-sale system is no ordinary cash register

A POS system is a computer-controlled checkout system. A classical cash register is only intended for the settlement of goods. Naturally, a POS system also does this but also has extra information such as a current stock indication, customer data and sales statistics.

The computerized cash register system can keep track of the data of one sales channel, but also of all different sales outlets or channels. For example, digital loyalty cards can be called up in every branch of an electrical store. An employee can also pay an article in the physical store that has been ordered via e-commerce.

The exchange between a POS system and ERP software in Dispensary

A POS system collects certain data itself, but almost never stands alone. There is a lot of communication between POS systems and ERP software. Both systems benefit from this information exchange.

The dispensary software will immediately see the current stock and planned deliveries via the link with the ERP system. This information can be passed on to the customer via the intelligent cash register system. This way the customer knows whether the desired item is in stock, or when it becomes available again. This stock indication can be indicated by a shop assistant in a physical store, but can also be called from the ERP in a webshop environment.

More Efficient Service with the Right Dispensary POS System

POS System has an intuitive interface specially designed to meet the needs of dispensary and hospitals, such as:

  • This makes staff more efficient

Thanks to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) in POS Software, it no longer matters whether an employee uses a PC, laptop, Mac, iPhone or tablet. This makes POS extremely suitable for care.

  • What is VDI?

There are 3 requirements for a good IT environment for healthcare institutions: stability, safety, and speed. VDI is a technology that fits well with these wishes. With traditional desktop computers, everything happens on the local machine, but a VDI solution runs centrally in a data center. This enables users to start a personal Windows desktop session, while the data and applications remain in one place in the data center.

  • This makes healthcare staff more efficient

It enables doctors and nurses to connect safely and from any location in the hospital to their own virtual desktop. The result: health staff becomes more efficient and the IT environment is better manageable.

This makes it very easy to make backups of the entire IT environment. Updates and patches can be rolled out to all virtual desktops in no time, so the chance of viruses, spyware, and other malware is much smaller than with local PCs.

  • Automatic scalability solutions

In order not to run the risk that capacity problems will occur at a later date, hospitals usually buy much more capacity than necessary when they are deployed during a VDI implementation. But the capacity of the implementation should be exactly sufficient to cope with peak usage and future growth of users and applications. Fortunately, automatic scalability is now also available in combination with a VDI solution.

  • Quality assurance

Design & Built

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 2

Coming to the built part of the phone; here we get great built all over, with two camera and other sensors in the phone. The back panel is non-removable and has a metal built all over. The device feels quite good by holding but nothing new with the design in this version. The device consists of 6.26″ HD+ Display that feels so handy while using it in a single hand because of very less bezel and a notch display. It fits perfectly in your hand.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 3

Starting with the design part; at the front top we get an 8-megapixel camera beside it whole has a whole lot of sensors and a LED notification light which is a multi-color notification LED and even a front flash on that small notch. Beside it, we also get earpiece and nothing much.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 4

Coming to the lower side we get a 6.26-inch HD+ Display which is covered with 2.5D curved glass on top of it. We don’t get Gorilla Glass 6 on top of it just like we get in Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2. The curve glass gently melds in along with the curved sides, thus making it a joy to hold in the hands without any fatigue.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 5

Coming little bit down we get on screen back keys which we can edit as per our usage by going into the setting panel.

Turning the phone to the downside here we get a Primary Mic, Micro USB port which also supports OTG and a speaker which is incredibly loud.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 6

Coming to the right side of the phone here we get Volume rockers and power lock key. Both the buttons are made up of lossy high-quality plastic.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 7

Turning to the other side here we get a Tripple SIM tray slot which supports Dual Nano Sim at the same time we can even insert a Micro SD card in it.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 8

Further moving to the top side of the phone here we get a single vent for secondary noise cancellation MIC, and a 3.5mm audio jack; nothing else which we need to mention over here.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 9

Finally coming to the back side of the phone here we get a 13+2-megapixel camera with the support of single tone LED flash. Below that we get a Fingerprint sensor which works quite well not like the previous versions of Asus. Below that we get ASUS branding and nothing much.

Display

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 10

Display of Asus Zenfone Max  M2 comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ Display with a resolution of 720 X 1520. The display gives you the ratio of 19:9, which means we get proper infinity display with a proper notch to watch movies or videos. With this price and features, I think this is going to be a great device to buy. The colors on the display are sharp and playing games look great. While watching a movie on the phone give immense experience. The Sunlight legibility is also good because of its really great brightness. When we compare the brightness with some other phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro this one works really well in sunlight legibility.

Viewing Angle is good, and blacks are decent enough. While watching movies from an odd angle won’t affect you in any way. Still, I would say if they could offer FHD+ display, it would be way better for the future.

Performance

The phone comes with the latest Snapdragon processor which is Snapdragon 632 processor which features a 3/4 GB Ram. This combo makes it a  quite impressive device in this price. This combo makes the device a good performer. Out of 64 GB of internal storage, you get about 57 GB free after that you can also expand it to up to 256GB as the phone support dedicated tray for Micro SD Card.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 11

We get Antutu Score of 103407 and these scores on a budget device are quite above average. With this screen size and great dual camera at back, they have also given all the sensors which are required by any normal person. No sensor is being removed by the brand. We can use this smartphone with a VR headset and even while using GPS it will give you proper accuracy as it also has a magnetic and orientation sensor in it.

Coming to the gaming part, we can play almost all games. In my use, I have not seen any lag or frame drops in Asphalt 9 at normal settings. Every game even in the high-end setting is working well. I tried playing PUBG the latest games with high-end specs and take my words it is working well with no lag and issue. I have tried playing most of the games like Asphalt 9, Shadow Fight 3, Batman, Bully and Adreno 506 GPU with the support of Snapdragon 636 processor work well. I have also not seen any heating issue while long gaming in DELHI, INDIA Temperature.

Camera

Moving on to the cameras on the ZenFone Max M2, the phone comes with a 13MP+2MP dual camera setup with a single LED flash. By the way is there anyone who uses flash for photos, it is mostly being used as a torch. The photos capture using Asus Zenfone Max M2 is above average when we compare the same with any other smartphone with that budget. The photos came out clear while captured in daylight. They have really improved from a lot from their previous model.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 12

Portrait mode on Asus Zenfone Max  M2 comes up decent. You get proper focus and proper bokeh effect. In daylight, you will love the camera, depending on how are use using the application. Hope we can get google stock camera application in this phone to get the best output.

Now coming to the best part of the camera, it can record 4K videos. Now, this is insane this price and so many features which we are getting in it. The video captures on 4K directly handheld arent that stable, which means we need a tripod or a 3-Asis gimble to get some professional shots out of it. The camera does have EIS which works at 1080p. Still, I would say in daily use it will work well for you.

Camera Samples

Battery

The battery on the smartphone is packed with a massive large 4000mAh allowing you to sail through an entire day even I would say more than 1.5 days very easily. You can use the device very aggressive usage still it is not going to affect your battery life. It will take me approx 2 Hours 40 minutes approximately to charge from 0 to 100% using its default charger. Battery usage of the device is good.
You will not find even a single complaint regarding the battery part of this phone.

Connectivity

Asus ZenFone Max M2 is the first phone in the budget which supports Dual Volte 4G support at the same time. The device comes with triple sim tray slot which supports dual 4G sim at the same time with the support of Micro SD card too. Overall in terms of connectivity, we get a 3.5mm audio jack a Micro USB port which also supports OTG, Wifi, and Bluetooth. So, nothing to worry about.

Verdict

Overall, if you want a device with proper stock android that too with great pricing than this is will be our choice.

Pros

  • Dedicated Micro SD Card Slot
  • Dual SIM is also supported that too Dual VOLTE 4G support
  • Very Light Weight compare with any other 4000mAh battery device
  • Dual Back Camera with great bokeh (Really improved)
  • Battery Optimization is well

The 5 Content Types You Need In 2019

0

As an online content writer, you always want to ensure that your online content consumers get the best of your work. Not to mention also write content that performs even better in the search engines to get you Medical SEO rankings high. This isn’t usually an easy process. By word of mouth, just about anybody can write content. However, what separates your content from those of the pros is how you place your online work. You know; the tips and tricks you use to make your content rank better and interest your readers.

However, how do you do this? How do you ensure that your content performs better this year? First, start by looking back at the articles you wrote that did well in 2018 and know why they did so. You will also realize that certain types of content that you wrote were shared a lot more than the others on social media and other marketing communities. Ideally, you realize that most of the great content you wrote in 2018 fell into a more than one category. Then again, along with the conversations that your articles can create if done right, they all have the potential to get your website to the top of the search engine results.

So, here are the top 5 best-performing types you might want to consider using on your content and clients this 2019

  1. Original data & experiments

Most people curate data, especially online content writers. It doesn’t matter whether it is to prove a point that the writer believes in strongly or inform their own next move, most of us are data-driven. And it is this thirst, the hunger to get more information about anything that we think might is relevant or interesting that drives us as a society. It is this data that people collect that they use to make decisions to make purchases or get more information about things.

As an online writer, you want to pride yourself in providing all the relevant, interesting content that your online content consumers will enjoy reading. You can start by collecting data, run them as experiments, and see how your readers respond to each of them. The fact that people are driven more by numbers and data makes this point an especially crucial one in this marketing-focused SERPs.

  1. Use strong opinions

Readers are always hungry for different content all the time. Google, laws, and even the content consumers change constantly. That means that content marketing must also evolve constantly as well. Here is where you find that anyone with skin in the writing game always has an opinion on something new or different that is going on in this industry. That’s why you find that the articles that encapsulate strong opinions always perform a lot better with the readers.

Your article can drive a lot of likes, comments, likes, and overall traffic from their inflammatory nature. For marketers, strong opinions help writers get a featured snippet. Not to mention the links and attention that they can get you elsewhere which will also help boost your rankings as well.

  1. Popular authors in the industry

As an online writer, you should have also realized that certain writers tend to draw more crowds online than the others. These are the kinds of people that make an impact in their readers’ lives. These are the types of people that have been in the industry for a lot longer. And by that, have managed to build themselves a mass following and get traffic solely when their names are even mentioned or quoted as the author. You also find that some online marketers are always on the lookout for these names. You can use this data to predict the trends and get insights on how they work for you.

Big names not only pull data, but they also help publish insightful pieces and show that your work has the best resources to research.

Big names in digital marketing and SEO have been ranking for some time now. These names also have recognition within the industry which can as well help build your domain based on these authors’ reputations.

  1. Actionable insights and how-tos

Online marketers love actionable insights along with original data. Therefore, all you need to provide in your content is a good ‘how to’ especially when talking about something new. The same is also true for if you want to help make old tasks look easier to your consumers through your content.

Sometimes, a good horror story can also work in your favor. You know; throwing in pieces of advice on the things that your readers ought to avoid.

Provided you can get your clients with great content, then be sure that your readers will share your work. And that will mark the success or failure of your work. Then, you also want to work out how best you can transfer your content over to voice search. Thanks to technological advancements, readers now opt more for the voice assistants to do the reading work for them.

  1. Social issues in the industry

Most content creators would agree that this is still an active category. But one that still deserves every bit of attention from the content creators. Search engines and marketing are getting more meta than before. And that makes this trend every bit as important as the rest mentioned in this context.

As the content creator, know that people’s opinions and side of things are always just as important. You want to try as much as possible to give voice to the issues that your readers have and also try to normalize them as well. Target those issues that you think the online industry works to keep quiet about. You will always find a significant group of people who suffer alone with these issues. These people will be your target audience, and before long, you will have amassed a much bigger audience.

Join in the conversation of both the good and bad sides. By doing this, you’ll essentially be starting a conversation that readers will search for and even put to use.

Final thoughts

Along the primary tenets of great SEO for just about everything that we write online ought to be framed under these pillars. Do this right, and you should see your traffic and social media impact improve tremendously in 2019 and the years to come.

Types of IT Services Providers

0

Most businesses, no matter how extensive or small have an issue with technology. All employees aren’t equal, and most of them won’t have the tech background to do everything correctly. It isn’t profitable to train people in things they know nothing about or know very little when they can use the help of an IT service provider.

Information Technology or IT is something that we come across on a daily basis. It’s everywhere, and everyone’s talking about what it entails. Most commonly, it revolves around computing and communicating data. Also, it also manages is in ways that affect how we use that information. Collecting it, processing it and distributing it, also fall into the category. Nowadays, service providers give useful help to everyone that needs it. Whether it goes about software, hardware or programming, they have the skills in all ranges of these fields.

Here are some of the most extensive IT services that providers can give:

Data Storage

This usually comes in a platform where users store data. It can be a cloud platform or another option. This is mostly used for additional data or system backups. This means that users can keep some things away from their primary devices. If there is added security to this platform, then it’s dealing with sensitive data. Good data centers give extra advantages. This helps businesses, and it also caters to the existing IT applications and its infrastructure.

Information Management

This comes as a great addition to storing data. Many companies need to manage a great deal of information. Therefore, a lot of providers give the tools to do this. Some of them include gaining, keeping, and retrieving data. All of these combined with a layer of security and protection ensures competitiveness in today’s markets.

Network setup and security

Some providers offer standalone setup services. This helps small businesses to get their networks to run. But, most often this service comes as a managed package. This includes the security of the systems. Since cybersecurity is a significant concern, IT services use it. They help to test and respond to all kinds of threats. This can also be a standalone service, but most companies use it within a managed packet.

Computer repair

This is rare nowadays. Let’s say you are in need of IT support – West Palm Beach. More often than not, you’ll request the services of a provider that handles repairs as a part of their services. This takes meeting the client in person and it’s a great way to form client bonds. Companies that prefer to work with hardware like motherboards, graphics cards, and different computer parts have a department like this.

Cloud Computing

This is a service that is mainly delivered through the internet. Almost all SaaS or cloud platforms are considered in this category. These types of providers usually charge a monthly fee for using their services. They have software which is delivered through the cloud, and they combine it with all means of support. Click here to learn more about cloud computing and its role in today’s technology market.

Software support

Some providers love to deal with multimedia, databases, spreadsheets, etc. They are focused on users that need a little or more technical help. There are some that focus a lot on a single specific product or service. There are some that focus on general issues and a list of programs that they could help with.

A few last words

Every business today wants to boost their performance while reducing costs. They all have limited resources, and this is where IT services come to help. They cut the amount of tech-savvy people that a company needs to employ. In this way, they improve business by indirectly providing increased customer satisfaction. It’s indirect because the companies that use the services can focus more on the core activities and innovate their services in the meantime.

Most companies need a bit of help when it comes to IT related matters. By using the service of an IT provider efficiently, all of the needs of a particular company can be met. This results in higher productivity levels as well as increased performance.

What is Cloud Phone Service?

0

A cloud phone service is a form of Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system which is hosted by a third-party provider. Cloud phone services are internet based so that companies do not have to maintain phone system software on a server such as a Private Branch Exchange (PBX). Cloud-Based phone service can be purchased online and paid for on a subscription basis.

The Benefits of a Cloud Phone Service

There are a number of business benefits of a cloud phone service. These include:

  • Cost savings: Small businesses which change to a cloud phone service can reduce the cost of their calls between 40% and 90%. This is because many cloud phone service providers have a lower per-minute rate than leading mobile and landline providers with virtual phone numbers. Regardless of your call volume, you will still save money by switching to a cloud phone service.
  • Flexibility: Businesses can enjoy geographic flexibility. This means you can work wherever you are without any hassles. Your employees don’t have to be tied to desks or even offices; you can work remotely, which can also save money on your overheads. Not only does a cloud phone system allow you to work from anywhere with a functioning internet connection, but you can also you can also use your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to make calls from your cloud phone This type of flexibility also allows you to connect your employees on one phone system wherever they are, even if you have multiple offices in different geographic locations.
  • Reliability: To prevent unnecessary downtime, most cloud phone services house their servers in several different geographic locations. This means you won’t have to deal with disruptions and lost or disconnected calls. For example, if a cloud phone service provider hosts servers in Los Angeles and Atlanta, either of these servers can be used as a backup should a malfunction knock one out of service. This procedure is known as geographic redundancy. Thanks to geographic redundancy, cloud phone services experience very little downtime. If you are looking for a cloud phone service provider, it’s a good idea to ask them about their service downtime and what happens if they get a disruption of service. The figure they give you should be close to zero if they have a good geographical redundancy.
  • Hosted service: These days, most cloud phone service providers offer hosted services, which means all the hardware that the system uses is hosted offsite. So, all you will need is reliable internet service and working phones. This means you won’t have to pay costs for equipment, dedicated hardware or software, or training employees on how to use the system. Nor will you have the cost of equipment maintenance or additional IT service to keep the phone service up and running. The cloud VOIP communications provider will deal with all of these issues. Most cloud phone services have a skilled and dedicated customer support team. They will be able to handle all of your questions and concerns over the phone or via email, or online chat.

The Downside of Cloud Phone Services

There are some cons to having a cloud phone service. These include:

Phone and router: Depending on the kind of set up you already have, you may need to make some initial equipment purchases to use a cloud phone service. For example, if you don’t already have them, you may need to buy IP phones. Also known as VoIP phones, these are phones which use internet protocol to make and receive calls rather than a circuit-switched PSTN. IP phones are usually priced in a broad range, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding one to suit your budget. To operate an IP phone, you will need an ethernet port. In some cases, you may also require a larger router.

Disruptions: If your cloud phone service has high geographical redundancy, you should not have too much of a problem with disruptions unless your internet service is not very reliable. If you have an ISP which often drops your internet service, then you are going to have to worry about dropped and lost calls. If you find a more reliable internet service provider, this problem will be solved.

Join the Age of Cloud Phone Services

More and more businesses of all types and sizes are switching to cloud phone services. Most cloud phone services offer cloud telephony solutions which are suitable for startups, small, and medium-sized businesses, as well as corporate enterprises. Cloud phone services take businesses to a new realm of flexibility and reliability when it comes to advanced phone solutions. Remember, it’s never too late to switch to a cloud phone service. It could be best to move your business ever makes.

What is a UIFN Number?

0

Have you been looking for a way to offer toll-free calling to your international customers? If so, we’ll show you how to get a UIFN number, as well as inform you of the many benefits that it can bring to your enterprise.

What is a UIFN number?

Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) is a worldwide toll-free 800 number issued by the ITU (International Telecommunication Union). Just like the series of 800 area code numbers issued for the NANP (North American Numbering Plan) in the U.S. and Canada (and other prefixes, like 844, 855, 866, 877, 888), as well as 0800 numbers in many other countries, calls made to a UIFN are free for the caller, while the subscriber pays the charges.
For businesses that are looking to gain a market presence in multiple international markets, the management of communication methods can get complicated — especially if your business offers multiple toll-free numbers and local regionally-specific numbers. As an example, if your company is looking to simultaneously expanding into France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, a Universal International Free Number can be purchased to ease the communications with potential customers in these countries in a fairly streamlined manner.

Benefits of UIFN Numbers for Business

Providing UIFN numbers to your customers creates a number of benefits for your business.

First, a UIFN number offers a way for customers and other businesses to reach your business more easily, no matter where they are located in the world. Because callers can reach your business without facing restrictions from their telecom service providers (such as long-distance fees or being blocked outright), Universal International Freephone Numbers help up open lines of communication to establish or further expand your business’ global presence.

Secondly, UIFN numbers are geographically ambiguous. This means that callers who dial your UIFN number or receive a call from the number won’t know where their call is being routed to. This can help foreign businesses that want to penetrate markets that they may not have established a physical presence in.

A third benefit of using UIFN numbers in your business is that they can be used for marketing and advertising efforts. By including your UIFN number on your ads, website, or other marketing materials, this establishes your business as a professional entity across multiple countries. Just to consider how much of an impact this makes on your business, think about having a separate phone number for each country and/ or region that you want your business to operate in — then think about trying to keep track of making sure that each phone number is used appropriately.

Fourth, if you choose to use UIFN numbers with a qualified service provider, like Global Call Forwarding, your business can pair the phone number with a variety of add-ons and functionalities that take advantage of the technology behind the UIFN number. Known as virtual phone numbers, these phone numbers use VoIP-based technology and developments in the cloud to offer a variety of features to compliment the use of UIFN numbers. Some of these features include advanced call forwarding to any landline, call recording to ensure that your business is in compliance with international regulatory organizations (for finance, banking, and investment industries), simultaneous ringing to ensure that every inbound call is answered by an available employee, conference calling, voicemail customization, and many more functions.

Best of all, these aren’t one-size-fits-all features; you can tailor each function to your business model, whether you’re looking to scale your business or make it more mobile-oriented.

Last, it’s not unheard of for savvy international entrepreneurs to use UIFN numbers to eliminate the use of physical call centers, replacing them instead with virtual phone numbers, which can be used remotely on any device that has audio capabilities and the ability to connect to the internet.

It’s for these reasons and many more that UIFN numbers offer a wealth of versatility to businesses and entrepreneurs, opening up new markets and offering ways for businesses to scale their business globally.
