The ROG Ally, available globally for US$699, comes with a three-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, providing players access to hundreds of games right out of the box. The ROG Ally can use an XG Mobile external GPU with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU. The ROG Ally might be the best portable gaming device due to its massive specifications and industry connections.

The ROG Strix SCAR 18 (G834) is a mobile gaming powerhouse for esports fans with an 18-inch Nebula Display and up to QHD 240 Hz. 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processors with 24 cores and 32 threads and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU power the laptop. The ROG Strix SCAR 18 performs best under intense workloads thanks to Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal on the CPU and GPU, Tri-Fan technology, and full-surround vents.

Computex 2023 features cutting-edge displays, peripherals, PC DIY, and more.

ROG’s Computex 2023 items will once again set the standard for PC DIY and peripherals. The ROG Matrix RTX 4090 liquid-cooled graphics card will debut in Q3, 2023. ROG Matrix RTX 4090 is the first liquid metal thermal solution directly on the GPU chip, lowering temperatures for better sustained performance and reduced noise. A 360 mm radiator with magnetic daisy-chainable fans, a stronger pump, and a bigger cold plate keep the graphics card cool. The highest GPU boost clock delivers unmatched performance. This card’s striking, contemporary look is ideal for sophisticated gaming build configurations.

The ROG Swift OLED PG49WCD monitor is a 49-inch super-ultrawide (5120 x 1440) gaming monitor with an 1800R QD-OLED screen, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 0.03 ms response time. A unique heatsink and graphene sheet, the world’s thinnest and strongest nanomaterial, below the QD-OLED panel improve heat dissipation to decrease burn-in and raise peak brightness to 1000 nits. The display has DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C with 90 W power supply.

It also has user-friendly features like uniform brightness to maintain an even luminance level, ASUS DisplayWidget Center software to adjust system settings with a mouse, and dual-device Smart KVM to easily manage two devices with a keyboard and mouse without additional hardware or software. This adaptable solution lets users easily switch between gaming and work on a single screen and copy and paste material across devices, reducing setup and increasing productivity.

The ROG Swift PG38UQ, the first 38-inch 4K UHD gaming monitor, debuts at Computex. Adaptive-Sync and a 144 Hz refresh rate for seamless gameplay. ASUS Fast IPS technology delivers a 1 ms GTG for crisp, high-frame-rate gaming. Its DisplayHDR 600 certification and 98% DCI-P3 professional color gamut provide excellent contrast and color performance. HDMI 2.1 compatibility enhances PlayStation® 5 and Xbox Series X performance with native 4K 120 Hz gaming without chroma subsampling. DisplayPort 1.4 with Display Stream Compression (DSC), HDMI 2.1, USB hub, and tripod socket make the display adaptable. NVIDIA G-SYNC, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and VESA AdaptiveSync 144 Hz provide tear-free, low-latency graphics.

The 24.5-inch FHD ROG Strix XG259QN has a Fast IPS display for outstanding images. It delivers smooth gameplay with a 360 Hz refresh rate (overclockable to 380 Hz) and less than 1 ms GTG. DisplayHDR400 ensures rich colors. FreeSync Premium ensures tear-free gameplay. Its ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync (ELMB SYNC) technology eliminates ghosting and tearing at high frame rates. The monitor has a DisplayPort 1.4 port, two HDMI 2.0 connectors, two USB 3.2 ports, and a headphone jack.

With a software update, ROG and NVIDIA added G-SYNC Ultra Low Motion Blur (ULMB) 2 to the ROG Swift 360 Hz PG27AQN. ULMB 2 has the greatest motion blur reduction for competitive players with over 1000 Hz of effective motion clarity. ULMB 2 guarantees that each pixel exhibits the proper color at the right moment to eliminate the hazy effect gamers often see when things are moving rapidly on their screen. To tackle these situations, ULMB 2 rapidly switches the screen backlight on and off. When the lighting goes on while pixels are changing colors, pictures may duplicate and cause undesirable views on adjacent displays. Vertical Dependent Overdrive in ULMB 2 prevents this by only turning on the backlight when all pixels are the appropriate color. This makes fast-moving sceneries and objects clearer. It has full refresh rate backlight strobing, approximately 2X the brightness of the original ULMB, and no crosstalk/double images. Installing the update gives ROG Swift 360 Hz PG27AQN users ULMB 2.

The ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless, ROG’s first 96% wireless gaming keyboard with hot-swappable switches, will be another highlight at Computex 2023. It features the all-new ROG NX Snow mechanical switches, unique dampening foam with integrated switch-dampening pads, tri-mode connection with ROG SpeedNova wireless technology, and ROG Omni Receiver. ROG Omni Receiver connects compatible mice and keyboards to a single dongle receiver without sacrificing performance. The ROG Strix Scope II 100% keyboard, with ROG NX Snow switches, and the Scope II RX, with IP57 and ROG RX optical switches, are also new.
