Importance of POS System in Hospitals and Dispensaries

0

Whether you run one healthcare institution or twenty, your automation systems must always and everywhere fit with your business.

Reasons to use a POS system

The Pos system plays an important role in every store. Whether it’s a dispensary, clinic or hospital. It is therefore important that your POS system fits in well with it. A point-of-sale system is a computer-controlled checkout system and is therefore also able to do more than just deal with transactions.

A point-of-sale system is no ordinary cash register

A POS system is a computer-controlled checkout system. A classical cash register is only intended for the settlement of goods. Naturally, a POS system also does this but also has extra information such as a current stock indication, customer data and sales statistics.

The computerized cash register system can keep track of the data of one sales channel, but also of all different sales outlets or channels. For example, digital loyalty cards can be called up in every branch of an electrical store. An employee can also pay an article in the physical store that has been ordered via e-commerce.

The exchange between a POS system and ERP software in Dispensary

A POS system collects certain data itself, but almost never stands alone. There is a lot of communication between POS systems and ERP software. Both systems benefit from this information exchange.

The dispensary software will immediately see the current stock and planned deliveries via the link with the ERP system. This information can be passed on to the customer via the intelligent cash register system. This way the customer knows whether the desired item is in stock, or when it becomes available again. This stock indication can be indicated by a shop assistant in a physical store, but can also be called from the ERP in a webshop environment.

More Efficient Service with the Right Dispensary POS System

POS System has an intuitive interface specially designed to meet the needs of dispensary and hospitals, such as:

  • This makes staff more efficient

Thanks to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) in POS Software, it no longer matters whether an employee uses a PC, laptop, Mac, iPhone or tablet. This makes POS extremely suitable for care.

  • What is VDI?

There are 3 requirements for a good IT environment for healthcare institutions: stability, safety, and speed. VDI is a technology that fits well with these wishes. With traditional desktop computers, everything happens on the local machine, but a VDI solution runs centrally in a data center. This enables users to start a personal Windows desktop session, while the data and applications remain in one place in the data center.

  • This makes healthcare staff more efficient

It enables doctors and nurses to connect safely and from any location in the hospital to their own virtual desktop. The result: health staff becomes more efficient and the IT environment is better manageable.

This makes it very easy to make backups of the entire IT environment. Updates and patches can be rolled out to all virtual desktops in no time, so the chance of viruses, spyware, and other malware is much smaller than with local PCs.

  • Automatic scalability solutions

In order not to run the risk that capacity problems will occur at a later date, hospitals usually buy much more capacity than necessary when they are deployed during a VDI implementation. But the capacity of the implementation should be exactly sufficient to cope with peak usage and future growth of users and applications. Fortunately, automatic scalability is now also available in combination with a VDI solution.

  • Quality assurance

When a hospital connects its POS system, they are also able to provide insight into the entire chain of medical and consumer articles, from the scoop used to the suture material, and from the implant to an infusion pump.

Design & Built

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 1

Coming to the built part of the phone; here we get great built all over, with two camera and other sensors in the phone. The back panel is non-removable and has a metal built all over. The device feels quite good by holding but nothing new with the design in this version. The device consists of 6.26″ HD+ Display that feels so handy while using it in a single hand because of very less bezel and a notch display. It fits perfectly in your hand.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 2

Starting with the design part; at the front top we get an 8-megapixel camera beside it whole has a whole lot of sensors and a LED notification light which is a multi-color notification LED and even a front flash on that small notch. Beside it, we also get earpiece and nothing much.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 3

Coming to the lower side we get a 6.26-inch HD+ Display which is covered with 2.5D curved glass on top of it. We don’t get Gorilla Glass 6 on top of it just like we get in Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2. The curve glass gently melds in along with the curved sides, thus making it a joy to hold in the hands without any fatigue.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 4

Coming little bit down we get on screen back keys which we can edit as per our usage by going into the setting panel.

Turning the phone to the downside here we get a Primary Mic, Micro USB port which also supports OTG and a speaker which is incredibly loud.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 5

Coming to the right side of the phone here we get Volume rockers and power lock key. Both the buttons are made up of lossy high-quality plastic.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 6

Turning to the other side here we get a Tripple SIM tray slot which supports Dual Nano Sim at the same time we can even insert a Micro SD card in it.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 7

Further moving to the top side of the phone here we get a single vent for secondary noise cancellation MIC, and a 3.5mm audio jack; nothing else which we need to mention over here.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 8

Finally coming to the back side of the phone here we get a 13+2-megapixel camera with the support of single tone LED flash. Below that we get a Fingerprint sensor which works quite well not like the previous versions of Asus. Below that we get ASUS branding and nothing much.

Display

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 9

Display of Asus Zenfone Max  M2 comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ Display with a resolution of 720 X 1520. The display gives you the ratio of 19:9, which means we get proper infinity display with a proper notch to watch movies or videos. With this price and features, I think this is going to be a great device to buy. The colors on the display are sharp and playing games look great. While watching a movie on the phone give immense experience. The Sunlight legibility is also good because of its really great brightness. When we compare the brightness with some other phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro this one works really well in sunlight legibility.

Viewing Angle is good, and blacks are decent enough. While watching movies from an odd angle won’t affect you in any way. Still, I would say if they could offer FHD+ display, it would be way better for the future.

Performance

The phone comes with the latest Snapdragon processor which is Snapdragon 632 processor which features a 3/4 GB Ram. This combo makes it a  quite impressive device in this price. This combo makes the device a good performer. Out of 64 GB of internal storage, you get about 57 GB free after that you can also expand it to up to 256GB as the phone support dedicated tray for Micro SD Card.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 10

We get Antutu Score of 103407 and these scores on a budget device are quite above average. With this screen size and great dual camera at back, they have also given all the sensors which are required by any normal person. No sensor is being removed by the brand. We can use this smartphone with a VR headset and even while using GPS it will give you proper accuracy as it also has a magnetic and orientation sensor in it.

Coming to the gaming part, we can play almost all games. In my use, I have not seen any lag or frame drops in Asphalt 9 at normal settings. Every game even in the high-end setting is working well. I tried playing PUBG the latest games with high-end specs and take my words it is working well with no lag and issue. I have tried playing most of the games like Asphalt 9, Shadow Fight 3, Batman, Bully and Adreno 506 GPU with the support of Snapdragon 636 processor work well. I have also not seen any heating issue while long gaming in DELHI, INDIA Temperature.

Camera

Moving on to the cameras on the ZenFone Max M2, the phone comes with a 13MP+2MP dual camera setup with a single LED flash. By the way is there anyone who uses flash for photos, it is mostly being used as a torch. The photos capture using Asus Zenfone Max M2 is above average when we compare the same with any other smartphone with that budget. The photos came out clear while captured in daylight. They have really improved from a lot from their previous model.

Asus Zenfone Max M2 Review | Techniblogic 11

Portrait mode on Asus Zenfone Max  M2 comes up decent. You get proper focus and proper bokeh effect. In daylight, you will love the camera, depending on how are use using the application. Hope we can get google stock camera application in this phone to get the best output.

Now coming to the best part of the camera, it can record 4K videos. Now, this is insane this price and so many features which we are getting in it. The video captures on 4K directly handheld arent that stable, which means we need a tripod or a 3-Asis gimble to get some professional shots out of it. The camera does have EIS which works at 1080p. Still, I would say in daily use it will work well for you.

Camera Samples

Battery

The battery on the smartphone is packed with a massive large 4000mAh allowing you to sail through an entire day even I would say more than 1.5 days very easily. You can use the device very aggressive usage still it is not going to affect your battery life. It will take me approx 2 Hours 40 minutes approximately to charge from 0 to 100% using its default charger. Battery usage of the device is good.
You will not find even a single complaint regarding the battery part of this phone.

Connectivity

Asus ZenFone Max M2 is the first phone in the budget which supports Dual Volte 4G support at the same time. The device comes with triple sim tray slot which supports dual 4G sim at the same time with the support of Micro SD card too. Overall in terms of connectivity, we get a 3.5mm audio jack a Micro USB port which also supports OTG, Wifi, and Bluetooth. So, nothing to worry about.

Verdict

Overall, if you want a device with proper stock android that too with great pricing than this is will be our choice.

Pros

  • Dedicated Micro SD Card Slot
  • Dual SIM is also supported that too Dual VOLTE 4G support
  • Very Light Weight compare with any other 4000mAh battery device
  • Dual Back Camera with great bokeh (Really improved)
  • Battery Optimization is well
  • Stock android with proper updates promised by the brand.

The 5 Content Types You Need In 2019

0

As an online content writer, you always want to ensure that your online content consumers get the best of your work. Not to mention also write content that performs even better in the search engines to get you Medical SEO rankings high. This isn’t usually an easy process. By word of mouth, just about anybody can write content. However, what separates your content from those of the pros is how you place your online work. You know; the tips and tricks you use to make your content rank better and interest your readers.

However, how do you do this? How do you ensure that your content performs better this year? First, start by looking back at the articles you wrote that did well in 2018 and know why they did so. You will also realize that certain types of content that you wrote were shared a lot more than the others on social media and other marketing communities. Ideally, you realize that most of the great content you wrote in 2018 fell into a more than one category. Then again, along with the conversations that your articles can create if done right, they all have the potential to get your website to the top of the search engine results.

So, here are the top 5 best-performing types you might want to consider using on your content and clients this 2019

  1. Original data & experiments

Most people curate data, especially online content writers. It doesn’t matter whether it is to prove a point that the writer believes in strongly or inform their own next move, most of us are data-driven. And it is this thirst, the hunger to get more information about anything that we think might is relevant or interesting that drives us as a society. It is this data that people collect that they use to make decisions to make purchases or get more information about things.

As an online writer, you want to pride yourself in providing all the relevant, interesting content that your online content consumers will enjoy reading. You can start by collecting data, run them as experiments, and see how your readers respond to each of them. The fact that people are driven more by numbers and data makes this point an especially crucial one in this marketing-focused SERPs.

  1. Use strong opinions

Readers are always hungry for different content all the time. Google, laws, and even the content consumers change constantly. That means that content marketing must also evolve constantly as well. Here is where you find that anyone with skin in the writing game always has an opinion on something new or different that is going on in this industry. That’s why you find that the articles that encapsulate strong opinions always perform a lot better with the readers.

Your article can drive a lot of likes, comments, likes, and overall traffic from their inflammatory nature. For marketers, strong opinions help writers get a featured snippet. Not to mention the links and attention that they can get you elsewhere which will also help boost your rankings as well.

  1. Popular authors in the industry

As an online writer, you should have also realized that certain writers tend to draw more crowds online than the others. These are the kinds of people that make an impact in their readers’ lives. These are the types of people that have been in the industry for a lot longer. And by that, have managed to build themselves a mass following and get traffic solely when their names are even mentioned or quoted as the author. You also find that some online marketers are always on the lookout for these names. You can use this data to predict the trends and get insights on how they work for you.

Big names not only pull data, but they also help publish insightful pieces and show that your work has the best resources to research.

Big names in digital marketing and SEO have been ranking for some time now. These names also have recognition within the industry which can as well help build your domain based on these authors’ reputations.

  1. Actionable insights and how-tos

Online marketers love actionable insights along with original data. Therefore, all you need to provide in your content is a good ‘how to’ especially when talking about something new. The same is also true for if you want to help make old tasks look easier to your consumers through your content.

Sometimes, a good horror story can also work in your favor. You know; throwing in pieces of advice on the things that your readers ought to avoid.

Provided you can get your clients with great content, then be sure that your readers will share your work. And that will mark the success or failure of your work. Then, you also want to work out how best you can transfer your content over to voice search. Thanks to technological advancements, readers now opt more for the voice assistants to do the reading work for them.

  1. Social issues in the industry

Most content creators would agree that this is still an active category. But one that still deserves every bit of attention from the content creators. Search engines and marketing are getting more meta than before. And that makes this trend every bit as important as the rest mentioned in this context.

As the content creator, know that people’s opinions and side of things are always just as important. You want to try as much as possible to give voice to the issues that your readers have and also try to normalize them as well. Target those issues that you think the online industry works to keep quiet about. You will always find a significant group of people who suffer alone with these issues. These people will be your target audience, and before long, you will have amassed a much bigger audience.

Join in the conversation of both the good and bad sides. By doing this, you’ll essentially be starting a conversation that readers will search for and even put to use.

Final thoughts

Along the primary tenets of great SEO for just about everything that we write online ought to be framed under these pillars. Do this right, and you should see your traffic and social media impact improve tremendously in 2019 and the years to come.

Information Management

This comes as a great addition to storing data. Many companies need to manage a great deal of information. Therefore, a lot of providers give the tools to do this. Some of them include gaining, keeping, and retrieving data. All of these combined with a layer of security and protection ensures competitiveness in today’s markets.

Network setup and security

Some providers offer standalone setup services. This helps small businesses to get their networks to run. But, most often this service comes as a managed package. This includes the security of the systems. Since cybersecurity is a significant concern, IT services use it. They help to test and respond to all kinds of threats. This can also be a standalone service, but most companies use it within a managed packet.

Computer repair

This is rare nowadays. Let’s say you are in need of IT support – West Palm Beach. More often than not, you’ll request the services of a provider that handles repairs as a part of their services. This takes meeting the client in person and it’s a great way to form client bonds. Companies that prefer to work with hardware like motherboards, graphics cards, and different computer parts have a department like this.

Cloud Computing

This is a service that is mainly delivered through the internet. Almost all SaaS or cloud platforms are considered in this category. These types of providers usually charge a monthly fee for using their services. They have software which is delivered through the cloud, and they combine it with all means of support. Software support

Some providers love to deal with multimedia, databases, spreadsheets, etc. They are focused on users that need a little or more technical help. There are some that focus a lot on a single specific product or service. There are some that focus on general issues and a list of programs that they could help with.

A few last words

Every business today wants to boost their performance while reducing costs. They all have limited resources, and this is where IT services come to help. They cut the amount of tech-savvy people that a company needs to employ. In this way, they improve business by indirectly providing increased customer satisfaction. It’s indirect because the companies that use the services can focus more on the core activities and innovate their services in the meantime.

Most companies need a bit of help when it comes to IT related matters. By using the service of an IT provider efficiently, all of the needs of a particular company can be met. This results in higher productivity levels as well as increased performance.
