The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei is all set launch their smartphone in under the “Make in India” campaign. Huawei announced that they will start manufacturing smartphones in India. The company shall collaborate with leading Sketch-to-Scale solutions providers, FLEX in October for that.
So far we know that, Flex will manufacture one of the Honor smartphone models. The Flex Chennai plant will have the capacity to make three million units by the end of 2017. Huawei also announced its after sales services in India with over 200 service center, some of the metro cities will also have Huawei exclusive service center.
Huawei Consumer Business Group have also announced that it will start expanding its distribution network. The company have partnered with more than 50,000 retail outlets by the end of the 2016.
