The processor is paired along with a 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. The phone features a 16 MP camera on the front and a triple camera set up at the back. The triple camera setup includes 12 MP AF (Low-light), 13 MP AF (Wide) and a 2 MP FF (Depth sensor). The LG W30 sports a 6.26 inch 19:9 HD+ IPS Dot FullVision™ display and a fingerprint sensor at the back. The AI cameras offer Face Unlock and Bokeh Effect. A 4,000 mAh Li-polymer battery powers the stunning device. The smartphone will be available at a starting price of INR 9,999 and will come in three colour variants- Thunder Blue, Platinum Grey and Aurora Green.
Although the W30 Pro was just showcased and it is yet to announce the smartphone’s actual public launch. The device features a Triple AI camera and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The flagship smartphone maker, OnePlus has been rumoured to have been working on a premium television set. Last year in September, CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau announced on the forums about the new product they are working on, that is, the OnePlus TV. Things is not just going to be a popular Netflix show anymore, as the Finnish
developer Next Games is partnering up with Netflix to come up with a location
based puzzle RPG game. The game is expected to be similar to Pokemon Go, Next
Games is one of the foremost developers of licensed, location based games after
Niantic, who developed Pokemon Go.

game will allow the players to roam the Upside Down, the alternate dimension
from the Netflix show. Netflix announced the game during a E3 panel and its

said on the panel,” No matter where you are at in the world, you can fight and
battle against The Upside Down, even in your own backyard.”
This
location based puzzle RPG has been slated for release in 2020, for both iOS and
Android devices. The game is set in 80’s retro Saturday morning cartoon-inspired
style theme which would definitely make people fall in love with. This should
be notes that this is isn’t related to the Stranger Things 3: The Game, which is
to be released on July 4th.
LG teased a new mid-range W-series lineup on Amazon India a few weeks back, and now it is confirmed that the LG W10 will the first smartphone of this new lineup. The LG W10 has now appeared on both Android Enterprise Listing and Google Play console showing the key specifications. The smartphone is expected to have a triple camera setup with a fingerprint sensor on the back.
As per the listings available, the phone will sport the MediaTek Helio P22 mobile platform. The Google Play Console Listing shows that the LG W10 will come with an octa-core processor having four ARM Cortex-A53 (2000MHz) and four ARM Cortex-A-53 (1500MHz) cores. The processor will be paired with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, but there is a possibility of multiple variants considering the Indian market.
The smartphone will feature a 6.2-inch display according to Android Enterprise website. The display will have a resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels that offer a screen density of 320 dpi. There is still no confirmation regarding the details, but according to Amazon India’s page, we can confirm that the smartphone will offer five cameras with different modes like night mode, portrait mode, bokeh mode and more.
The LG W10 will come in three colour variants- green, black and blue. LG could be pricing this device aggressively as most of their tags are price related such as “pocket-worthy price tag”, “Finally a smartphone you won’t have to break your bank for” and “Never before prices”.
The Galaxy Note Series by the South Korean tech giant, Samsung always creates a hype before its launch. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is no exception to this. There are already a numerous number of rumours and leaks flying around. Most of the reports suggest that the Galaxy Note 10 will be unveiled on August 7 in Brooklyn.

Google has cancelled its two unreleased tablet devices and won’t be pursuing the tablets segment any more. According to a Google spokesperson, ”For Google’s first-party hardware efforts, we’ll be focusing on Chrome OS laptops and will continue to support Pixel Slate.” Google had only one device under the Pixel branding, named as the Pixel Slate.
There is no clarity as to why exactly Google has discontinued the tablet line, but Computerworld clarifies that Google considers a tablet to be a device that detaches completely from a keyboard base or has no physical keyboard at all. The news regarding discontinuation of the tablets was revealed to the employees at an internal company meeting on Wednesday.
“Google is currently working to reassign employees who were focused on the abandoned projects onto other areas. Many of them, I’m told, have already shifted over to the laptop side of that same self-made hardware division.”
There are only two strong competitors Apple and Samsung in the table segment as of now, where the popularity of Apple might be the reason for discontinuing as well. Google still plans to offer support to the Pixel Slate till June 2024. The Chrome OS, on which the Pixel Slate and Pixelbook, will still remain in action and the team will continue software development for tablets and laptops so that other manufacturers can still use Chrome OS for their devices.
The focus of Google now shifts to laptops and we can expect a new successor to the Pixelbook. The Pixel phones will not be affected in any way in regard to this new change in the company.

Yes, it’s an article about the dual camera, the same dual-camera you have in your smartphone. Oh, you don’t, thank god. This might be a fun ride so stick with me, you may not find all the jokes worthwhile but trust me I tried my best to make this article as amusing as possible. But it’s actually not, it’s rather grave in nature and that’s the only reason I wrote these above four lines.
A history lesson that you don’t need
The dual camera revolution began when I and you were adults and had that resistive touch display. The first dual camera smartphone was HTC Evo 3D launched in 2011, some might argue that LG’s Optimus 3D was the first, but the EVO 3D made its hype in the tech market. Later, the dual camera tech was forgotten but when HTC introduced the HTC One M8 in March 2014, it blew everyone’s mind. And we started questioning if we really need this, will this dual-camera thing can save the smartphone’s camera future that was almost good. Not the best, but yeah, good.
The future of smartphone camera revolution, there were several articles about it, let me guess, you didn’t read it. That’s okay, nobody’s judging you. Point is, it has been 5 years since the dual camera tech began its journey. A round of applause, please. 👏
This journey has seen a lot of tech marvels and as technology got cheaper the dual camera made its way to the budget smartphone and it seems like the innovation has stopped. Why? Do you think there is no innovation in three cameras, four cameras, infinite camera and whatnot? I mean at some point it is but… I don’t know, I kind of have a disagreement here.
I don’t like budget dual camera anymore
Hmm… When HTC M8 launched the dual camera smartphone, it was meant for capturing portrait shots since the second camera was a depth sensor, it made sense. And compare to that timeline of smartphones it did capture some stunning portrait shots, with some good quality bokeh effects. But is it essential to put secondary hardware just for portrait shots? Why can’t we do that with software? Can we?
You see, the dual camera tech was introduced for that purpose, the quality to click better photographs. And it did well because, at the time, the software integration between Camera hardware and the smartphone was not that good, but let me tell you a secret. Today, it is.
Yeah, with today’s technology, software integration and the combination of AI, you can achieve that. So why aren’t manufactures opting for it? Don’t look at me, I don’t have the answer. There can only be two opinions, either manufacturers don’t have that kind of software optimization or they don’t want to.
Look its Google Pixel!
What Google has done with its flagship device Pixel is spectacular. I mean, that smartphone has single-handedly outperformed some of the top best flagship smartphones, including the iPhone Xs & Xs Max and whatever. And that smartphone has one camera lens, JUST ONE. How did they do that? Why can’t other manufacturers do that? Come on!
Don’t worry, I’m not going to the nuance technicality of Pixel’s hardware, software and machine learning integration. I just wanted to lambaste these so-called manufactures for making a goof of the audience. Because they are not concentrating on the software part of the smartphone and when you do that, you’re taking software for granted.
What is wrong with a budget dual camera?
First thing first, there is nothing wrong with dual-camera, I’m saying it’s superfluous to implement dual-camera just for the heck of it. Do you think I’m wrong? Just look at some of the budget dual-camera today, 48MP+5MP, 12MP+2MP, 13MP+2MP & 12MP+1.7MP, what are they trying to demonstrate? That they can implement dual-camera tech and keeps you up-to-date.
There is no significant perfection in terms of camera quality. Do you think just because of another lens your photographs will be better? If your answer is yes then evidently you don’t understand how the camera actually works. Photography doesn’t hinge on megapixels and lenses, there are other aspects that matter too. And one of that aspect is software and camera integration, something that Google has done much better than anyone.
It seems like the so-called budget manufacturers have given up, they’re like, “Hey bud, this is what we have and we can’t do any more than that.” I’m also not saying that they have completely forgotten the camera software. They are obviously doing something, things like Smart beauty, AI beauty, Spot removable, another beauty mode and makeup kits, yes, they are a kind of innovation, isn’t it?
Is it another delicious recipe?
Do you think so? Do you think the other camera lens is just another camera lens to lure you? Be your own judge. I honestly don’t care because I have a much better dual-camera. But jokes apart, if you think for a second there might be a shrewdly put strategy to make it look like you have made an ingenious purchase decision. You know why? Because that’s how they can make you believe that you’re having a real dual-camera experience in 2019. And surprisingly, you want that experience.
User these days are bound to technology, I and you are demanding more features in less amount and if this company is not giving you that experience, that company will. Yes, there is a competition, a competition to pitch the best deal possible to the user. Perhaps mimicking the premium smartphone experience is the new trend that everyone wants, and the reason is demand. I and you want that experience in less price, a few years ago the budget devices were made of plastic and we were okay with it but today that’s an endgame. We all want a smartphone that looks better, performs better and click better. Jokes on you Batman.
Okay, so the crux is, you can be any side of this spectrum, and no matter which side you pick, you’re far away from having a real dual-camera experience. And as technology gets older it gets cheaper. We might get a dual-camera in more smartphones, mayhap in cheaper devices. But will that experience will be THE EXPERIENCE? That’s still a question…

Revolt Intellicorp, founded by Rahul Sharma, has come up with its first artificial intelligence (AI) enabled electric two-wheeler, the RV 400. The motorcycle was unveiled on Tuesday, 18th June. The RV 400 will be available in two colour variants- Rebel Red and Cosmic Black. The RV 400 is expected to be the most feature packed electric motorcycle in India providing the highest range in the country.
The company claims that the Revolt RV 400 can offer 156 kms on a single charge. The RV 400 is supposed to have a top speed of 85 km/h with class leading torque. The aesthetics of the motorcycle are inspired by the Super Soco TS, a Chinese electric motorcycle.
The motorcycle offers onboard and portable charging features along with a portable battery and home delivery options. The rider can order batteries online via the Revolt’s website and the batteries will be delivered to the rider, which is swappable in the motorcycle. The RV 400’s batteries weigh a massive 18 kilos per piece.
“With our technological expertise, we are betting big on developing a connected ecosystem which will be an integral part of all our products,” Sharma further said.
The electric motorcycle comes loaded with a lot more interesting features such as remote start via Bluetooth, geo-fencing and an artificial exhaust sound system. The rider gets four default exhaust sounds- Revolt, Roar, Rage and Rebel with options to customize your own note. The motorcycle features a fully digital instrument console, regenerative braking system, Bluetooth connectivity and three different riding modes- Eco, City and Sport.
The battery can be charged within 4 hours with a 15-ampere socket. The interested buyers can pre-book the motorcycle for Rs 1,000 via the company’s website and Amazon from 25th June. The motorcycle will be launched in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Chennai in the next four months. The motorcycle is expected to be priced around the Rs 1 lakh mark.
Vivo Communication Co. Ltd, a Chinese technology company has recently launched Vivo Y12 in India, hence adding a new and innovative smartphone in the list of Vivo Y series phones. Vivo Y12 completely operates on Android 9 Pie and is backed up by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC processor with Funtouch OS 9 on the top.
This smartphone is available in two colour variants: Aqua Blue and Burgundy Red. It flaunts a 6.3-inch HD+ Halo Full view display with 19.3:9 aspect ratio and artificial intelligence (AI) backed triple rear camera setup with a 13 MP primary sensor, 8MP selfie camera with AI face beauty features and a 2MP tertiary sensor with an LED flash. In addition to all this, the camera also features: time lapse, live photos, HDR, portrait mode, Panorama, wide-angle camera and also supports PDAF.
Vivo Y12 provides 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Speaking about the connectivity, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB port with USB OTG support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Apart from the fingerprint sensor, Vivo Y12 features other sensors like an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. It is powered by a 5000 mAh battery that directly works with pre-installed power-saving technologies.
Vivo Y12 comes with a wide range of features and benefits and its price in India is marked at Rs 12,490/- which is a good investment for such an amazing smartphone.
The Kindle Oasis has been providing one of the best e-reading experiences in the market. Now, Amazon has come up with the upgraded version of their already amazing Kindle Oasis that now offers adjustable display colour temperature with a few minor upgrades that we will discuss further.

Amazon clarified that the new Kindle Oasis uses an upgraded E Ink technology that helps load pages quicker. It features a 7 inch 300ppi E Ink display with the same design and only two colour options- Graphite and Gold. It is an IPX8 waterproof device which can handle 2 meters of wet stuff for 60 minutes at a time like splashes of water.
The Kindle Oasis is available for pre-order on Amazon’s website, but it won’t be available until 24th July. The new Kindle Oasis costs $249.99 for the 8GB variant and $279.99 for the 32GB variant.
The wizarding world of Harry Potter created by J.K. Rowling is coming out worldwide on 21st June. The Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is a mobile game based on augmented reality. The beta version of the game initially launched in Australia and New Zealand. The developers, Niantic and WB Games announced on Tuesday that the game will roll out worldwide from Friday, June 21.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is an AR game, similar to Pokemon Go, by the same developer, Niantic. Niantic plans to hold events similar to Pokemon Go Fests for their new game as well, but it’s still too early to confirm. The developer has launched a cinematic trailer for the game which aims to show that the game teleports the players into a wizarding world filled with magical creatures, Dementors and Death Eaters.
The game combines content and characters from the original Harry Potter series and the Fantastic Beast films to make a magical world for wizards. The game provides an AR overlay map of the real world through which the players can navigate and explore. The journey begins as a new recruit of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force, for the purpose of investigating and containing The Calamity, that caused artefacts, creatures and people to appear in the Muggle World.
The game has definitely grabbed the attention of the Potterheads, who cannot wait for it to launch. The Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will rollout in the US and UK first and then on to other regions. The game will be available for both Android and iOS.
