Design & Built

Coming to the built part of the phone; here we get great metal built all over, with two cameras in the front which is the main USP of the phone in this pricing. The back panel is non-removable and gives you premium metal feel all over. The device fits perfectly in your hand and the premiumness of the phone can be seen very easily.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Front-Camera-Techniblogic

Starting with the design part; at the front top, we get Dual Camera setup which is the USP of the phone. We get 13+8-megapixel cameras beside it whole has a whole lot of sensors, LED notification light which is a multi-color notification LED and a single tone LED flash in front. Beside it, we also anet an earpiece and nothing much.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Display-Techniblogic

Coming to the lower side we get a 5.5-inch FHD Display which is covered with 2.5D curved glass. Nothing about gorilla glass is being mentioned by the brand. The curve glass gently melds in along with the curved sides, thus making it a joy to hold in the hands without any fatigue.

Coming little bit down we get Back capacitive keys which are printed and won’t light up.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Micro-USB-Port-Techniblogic

Turning the phone to the downside here we get a properly crafted two speaker grills out of which left one is having a primary speaker output and the right one is having a primary MIC in it, between them houses a micro USB port which supports OTG and no fast charging.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Hybrid-Slot-Techniblogic

Coming to the right side of the phone here we get Power lock key and a Hybrid SIM tray slot, which means we can insert dual SIM’s at the same time or we can insert Single SIM and Micro SD card in it.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Volume-RockersTechniblogic

Turning to the other side here we get volume rockers and nothing much which we need to mention over here.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-MAudio-Jack-Techniblogic

Further moving to the top side of the phone here we get a single vent for secondary noise cancellation MIC and 3.5mm Audio Jack.

Mobiistar-XQ-Techniblogic

Finally coming to the back side of the phone here we get a 13-megapixel camera with a support of Dual Tone LED flash. Below that we get a Fingerprint sensor which works quite well and opens up a lock hardly in 0.1 seconds. I am not having a single complaint regarding fingerprint. The Back Panel is made up of metal and upper and the lower part is made up of plastic which is also used as an antenna.

Display

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Display-Techniblogic

Display of Mobiistar XQ comes with a 5.5-inch FHD Display with a resolution of 1080 X 1980. The display gives you the ratio of 16:9 which means while watching movies you won’t be getting any black bars on the side of the display. The colors on the display are sharp and playing games look great. While watching a movie on to the phone give immense experience. The Sunlight legibility is also good because of its really great brightness. When we compare the brightness with some other phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro this one works really well in sunlight legibility.

Also Read:

Viewing Angle is good, and blacks are decent enough. While watching movies from odd angle won’t affect you in any way. Overall no complaints with the display and this kind of display can be seen in high-end devices also.

Performance

The phone comes with the latest Snapdragon processor which is Snapdragon 430 processor which features a 3/4 GB Ram. This combo makes the device quite good at this price. Out of 32 GB of internal storage, you get about 24 GB free after that you can also expand it to up to 128GB as the phone support Hybrid tray for Micro SD Card.

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Benchmarks-Techniblogic

We get Antutu Score of 57086 and these scores on a budget device are good enough for daily usage. With this price, they have given FHD display, dual front camera and all the sensors which are required by any normal person. No sensor is being removed by the brand. We can use this smartphone with a VR headset and even while using GPS it will give you proper accuracy as it also has a magnetic and orientation sensor in it.

Coming to the gaming part, we can play almost all games. Brand has underclocked the device so that phone get proper battery life and no heating issue, but while playing some very high end games like Pubg, Tekken, Batman, Asphalt extream it will give you lag and frame drops on high setting but while playing the same games on medium setting you won’t be getting any issue. One more thing if you can push the GPU further by going into the developer option you can play all those high-end games on high setting without any issue but in long run, it will affect the battery of the device.

Camera

Mobiistar-XQ-Dual-Back-Camera-Techniblogic

Moving on to the cameras on the Mobiistar XQ, the phone comes with a 13MP+8MP dual front-facing camera setup with a single LED flash. The photos capture using Mobiistar XQ are quite good in daylight and quite average in low light. But if we use flash which we get in front it captures proper details. Still, we get quite output compare to Xiaomi Redmi Y1.

Out of two camera’s in front one is a normal camera and another one is a wide angle camera which is best for capturing group selfie. I just loved the wide angle lens as it provides 120-degree wide angle shot without adding any separate lens on top of the device.

Also Read:

Now coming to the back side where we get a 13-megapixel camera which supports the aperture of f2.0. The photos come out quite good when we see the pricing on top. The photos clicked in daylight are quite good but when we transfer the same in low light it gives us noise. Overall in this price, I think the camera quality is above average from the back. Still, I have attached some camera samples from every aspect, hope it will help you to know the camera quality in a better way.

Camera Samples

Battery

The battery on the smartphone is packed with a 3000mAh allowing you to sail through an entire day. You can use the device very aggressively still it is not going to affect your battery life, this might be because of proper battery optimization in there UI. It will take me approx 2 Hours 10 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% using its default charger. Battery usage of the device is good.

Still I expect to have a 4000mAh battery in this phone, still, you will be able to manage it.

Verdict

Overall, if you want a device which is packed with everything, mainly selfie camera and don’t want to spend much on it then this one is meant for you.

I would say:

“Reimagine your Selfie with budget”

Pros

  • Dual Front camera
  • Wide angle front camera
  • Battery Optimization is well
  • No Bloatware
  • Fast Fingerprint
  • Pricing

Cons

  • Old Design
  • No USB Type-C
  • Face unlock can be added
  • A separate Game Mode can be added for gamers

Feel the Beat: Bass Headphones Have Become All the Rage

0

Well, any headphone can make music sound in your head, but if you’re looking for something that will move your entire body, then speaker bass is what you need.

These days, bass quantity and quality are some of the main things millennials look for when comparing headphone performance. According to most headphone lovers, bass gives the music power; therefore low bass headphones may sound tinny.

And it’s true; the same goes for speakers. Only that their basses slightly differ from what we experience with headphone bass. It goes without mentioning that speaker bass is more visceral because you feel it with your whole body as it fills a room. Admittedly, no headphone can match subwoofer bass.

So while you can enjoy low-base frequencies (nearing subwoofers) in an excellent set of headphones, you can never really get a headphone that produces anything nearing subwoofer bass.

What Experts say About Bass Headphones

According to Tyll Hertsen in a review of a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre Solo headphones, some headphones have bass in quantity but don’t perform to the standards when it comes to producing sound. So how do you know the best bass headphones?

In his review, Hertsens attempts to explain the “bone conduction phenomenon” which he believes plays a primary role in the way humans perceive bass from speakers as well as over headphones.

As we speak, most headphone freaks prefer including fussy audiophiles like an increased bass response. This probably explains why most buyers may not go for headphones designed with “flat” or measurable bass. Careful listeners like Tyll Hertsens have set a subjective standard below which bass is perceived as flat even if it may sound like too much bass.

So Hertsens recommends that you go for the Etymotic’s ER-4PT in-ear headphones used together with Ultimate Ears Reference Monitors, MEElectronics A151, or maybe the full-size Sennheiser HD 650 headphones if you are looking for accurate sound.

But for those addicted to bass-heavy headphones then here is a list to pick from; the Jerry Harvey JH-16 phone, Thinksound ts02 in-ear, Monster Beats Pro full-size, and the Denon AH5000 phones are all great bassy headphones.

Check for Bass Quality Even as You Go For Quantity

For some music lovers, the bass precision remains as important as quantity. Excessive bass may dominate the sound making the music so thick and boring. But then everyone has their choice to make.

Again, be sure to check your surrounding when comparing headphone performance. Where you are will affect your perceived bass level. So it’s best if you test the headphones in a quiet room to get the accurate bass level. A chaotic place with all sorts of noise pollution will not allow you to get the accurate bass.

Avoid trains bases and any place with low-frequency noises that may mask your headphones’ bass. Remember, noise canceling and isolation models are not efficient at very low frequencies, which are better perceived via bone conduction and the entire body. So if you try your phones in a noisy environment, then you’ll need to boost up your headphones to perceive the base.

This is also to mean that if you often listen to music in noisy areas than in calm places, then bassy headphones are a smart idea.

Akismet is another plug-in from Automattic. It is a default WordPress plugin that comes every time you install a new WordPress core. It is, in essence, an anti-spam plugin that goes through all comments removing spammy comments.

The plugin gives a status history for every comment to help the site owners know which comments were spammy as detected by Akismet or sometimes the moderator. Noah Project will contribute to building a new crypto hub in Asia

The Noah Project is a project that works in several directions which includes modern payment system which is based on NoahCoin virtual currency and is convenient Noah crypto wallet which is world’s first crypto City.

Since the concept of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology were introduced to reality, they become a subject of discussion. This discussion doesn’t only indulge and famous among programmers but also within in business. People from finance, investment, and banking departments went into the analyses to find out different possibilities and prospects of blockchain implementation and their usage.

Several countries and territories have advanced so far in trying to create the conditions for blockchain-based projects that can get recognized as the world’s cryptocurrency centers. Here we got the example of the Swiss city of Zug with its thriving crypto Silicon Valley, which is known as all digital currency supporters. Where most of the countries stayed away from this new innovative technologies, Zug took his own way and built the most advanced ecosystem for the development of blockchain and ICO projects.

There are hundreds of startups rush to this Swiss town in order to establish their business, register a company and conduct an Initial Coin Offering, selling the tokens to investors. As per the Crypto Valley Association study, in 2017 Swiss-based companies raised more than $600 million during crowd sales which made more than 15% of the global ICO market, worth about $4 billion.

Recently Singapore has remained the main crypto hub in the Asian region. Representatives of Central Bank see a huge potential in the blockchain technology and thus pursue a fairly soft policy in this area. According to the Reuters agency, the Philippine government intends to license about 10 cryptocurrency platforms and blockchain companies permitting them to operate within the Cagayan Special Economic Zone, develop cryptocurrency funds, Initial Coin Offers or go in exchange. To take advantage of this economic zone preferences, companies should invest at least $1 million over 2 years and pay license fees of $100,000.

Representatives of the financial technology company Noah Project, build an international blockchain ecosystem offering various services to cryptocurrency owners and also get commented on the exciting news from the Philippines.

“The distributed ledger technology can be applied in many ways – to ensure fast and seamless payments, transparent and fair transactions, protection of assets and vulnerable confidential data,” says Josef Werker, spokesperson for Noah Foundation – a parent organization of the Noah Project. “Virtual currencies being a form of the blockchain implementation, possess enormous potential especially in the areas of finance, banking and investment. It’s pleasure to see that the world becomes more friendly to digital money and gives new opportunities for creating and growing business powered by blockchain. Surely, this is only the beginning.”

The Noah Project team is also working to create a large-scale cryptocurrency infrastructure for everyone which include business, traders, and customers.

The Noah Project encompasses several directions which include a modern payment system which is based on NoahCoin virtual currency, convenient Noah crypto wallet, and the world’s first crypto City, where Noah token holders will have access, special privileges, discounts, cash backs and loyalty programs. According to Noah’s plan, the future City will become a paradise for all crypto enthusiasts like with shops, restaurants, hotels and even resorts.

In early 2018 the Noah Project successfully completed an ICO and now its coins are listed and traded HitBTC and Changelly cryptocurrency exchanges. The team is also actively working on the company’s expansion and implementation of the Noah’s products.

This blogs lists seven important practices for DevOps in the cloud.

Want to learn about DevOps technologies in advance then join Intellipaat DevOps training.

What makes the cloud-based systems more interesting? These platforms are now being partnered with DevOps methodologies. What is DevOps? This is an abbreviated formed of development and operations, this technical term is being used to refer to a practice of growth and services, collaboration of various concepts, and utilization of different relevant techniques from design to development until the testing phase and launching of the product.

Just imagine how DevOps can contribute to the overall improvement of the cloud-based platforms. It will enhance the cloud-based operations and eventually, helps run the businesses’ operations efficiently and effectively. To give highlights of the important practices for DevOps in the Cloud-based platforms, here are the interesting features for you to consider:

7 Important Practices for DevOps in the Cloud are as follows:

  1. Engage with Certification Training Courses

Learning is a continuous academic experience, and it is a useful way to adapt to the latest trends as well as understand the DevOps in an elaborative way. DevOps training courses offer academic methodologies and practices which will help the practitioner learn the software development lifecycle, continuous integration deployment, configuration management, and using various applications in relation to DevOps.

In this training course, the practitioner will also have an intensive learning with the different tools such as:

  • Build Automation Tools: Maven and Apache Ant Version
  • Configuration Management Tools: Puppet, Chef Code, Saltstack, and Ansible
  • Version Control Tools: Subversion, CVS, and GIT
  • Testing Tools: JUnit
  • Continuous Integration Deployment Tools: Team City, Jenkins, and Apache Camel Version
  • Continuous Monitoring Tools: Nagios and Genios

As a summary of the course details, the practitioner will have an adept learning with the concepts related to development and operations, components, and hands-on experiences with the tools. This is the first most out of all the important practices for DevOps.

  1. Learn the Techniques for Cloud Computing

The web developers and IT experts should inculcate the meaning of cloud computing. In this way, they can be able to understand this concept thoroughly and apply the necessary tools and practices align with the development, operations, and cloud computing.

What is cloud computing? It is an IT term used to refer to the practice of using series of networks with remotes servers which were being hosted on the internet. It uses multi-network to manage, store, and process the data other than the personal computer or local servers. It enables high-level services and ubiquitous access across the shared pools with configurable resources.

To develop adept training and understanding with the relationship of DevOps and Cloud, the web developer and IT experts should engage with the certification training courses and get involved with the latest trends to Cloud-based platforms. This too, is one of the most important practices for DevOps.

  1. DevOps and Cloud System’s Security Compatibility

DevOps and Cloud relationship and best practices were already explained in the foregoing contexts; however, the web developers and IT experts should not forget how to align the security compatibilities among these two.

The practical solution to verify if the security is compatible with the cloud and DevOps, a series of testing phases should be generated. In this way, the web developer and IT experts will know which security protocols should be implemented, which will not put the Cloud and DevOps into technical risks.

  1. Implement an Automated Performance Testing

At least once a month or quarter, the web developers and IT experts should implement an automated performance testing to determine if the system works properly and efficiently. This will serve as the internal control procedures to monitor the functions, speed, and accuracy of the system towards meeting the operations’ objectives and generating plausible results.

Design & Built

Coming to the built part of the phone; here we get great metal built all over. The back panel is non-removable and gives you premium metallic brushed feel all over. The device consists of 5.65″ HD+ Display that feels so handy while using it in a single hand. It fits perfectly in your hand and the premiumness of the phone can be seen very easily.

Itel-S42-front-camera-techniblogic

Starting with the design part; at the front top we get a 13-megapixel camera beside it whole has a whole lot of sensors and a LED notification light which is a multi-color notification LED. Beside it, we also get an earpiece and a Dual Front LED flash which works well while taking a selfie in low light.

Itel-S42-COver-techniblogic

Coming to the lower side we get a 5.65-inch HD+ Display which is covered with 2.5D curved glass. Nothing about gorilla glass is being mentioned by the brand. The curve glass gently melds in along with the curved sides, thus making it a joy to hold in the hands without any fatigue.

Coming little bit down we get on screen back keys which we can edit as per our usage by going into the setting panel.

Itel-S42-Micro-USB-Port-techniblogic

Turning the phone to the downside here we get a properly crafted two speaker grills out of which left one is having a primary speaker output and the right one is having a primary MIC in it, between them houses a micro USB port which supports OTG and no fast charging.

Itel-S42-voluem-rocker-and-power-lock-techniblogic

Coming to the right side of the phone here we get Power lock key and a volume rockers which are made up of metal. The power lock key also has a pattern feel on it which add up a small premium feel to the device.

Itel-S42-triple-tray-slot-techniblogic

Turning to the other side here we get triple tray slot which means you can add dual SIM’s at the same time you can also insert a MicroSD card that too up to 128 GB.

Itel-S42-Audio-Jack-techniblogic

Further moving to the top side of the phone here we get a single vent for 3.5mm audio jack and nothing much which we need to explain over here.

Itel-S42-back-panel;-techniblogic

Finally coming to the back side of the phone here we get a 13-megapixel camera with a support of single tone LED flash. Below that we get a Fingerprint sensor which is quite fast and took about 0.2 seconds to unlock the device. We also get a feature of face unlock which works quite well when we compare the pricing of the device. The back panel is made up of metal and also has a brushed metal finish all over which adds up a premiumness to the phone. The upper part and the lower part of the phone is made up of plastic which is used as network antenna to the device.

Display

Itel-S42-Display-techniblogic

Display of Itel S42 comes with a 5.65-inch HD+ Display with a resolution of 720 X 1440. The display gives you the ratio of 18:9, which means we get proper infinity display to watch movies or videos. The colors on the display are sharp and playing games look great. While watching a movie on to the phone give immense experience. The Sunlight legibility is also good because of its really great brightness. When we compare the brightness with some other phones like Xiaomi Redmi 5 this one works really well in sunlight legibility.

Viewing Angle is good, and blacks are decent enough. While watching movies from odd angle won’t affect you in any way. Overall no complaints with the display still I was expecting an FHD+ Display from them.

Performance

The phone comes with the Snapdragon processor which is Snapdragon 425 processor which features a 3 GB Ram. This combo makes the device a decent performer. Out of 16 GB of internal storage, you get about 9.5 GB free after that you can also expand it to up to 128GB as the phone support dedicated tray for Micro SD Card.

Itel-S42-Benchmark-techniblogic

We get Antutu Score of 42441 and these scores on a budget device are decent enough to work with. With this screen size and a good camera on the back as well as on the front. The thing which I don’t like the most is that they have removed almost all sensors which are these days necessary for anyone. We only get Accelerometer sensor, light sensor, proximity sensor and sound sensor rest all sensors like gyroscope sensor, orientation sensor, magnetic sensor are being removed by the brand. I think they should have placed gyroscope and orientation sensor in the device which will help users to use VR and Maps in a better way.

Coming to the gaming part, we can play almost all games. In my use, I have not seen any lag or frame drops even in Asphalt 8 extream on high setting. I tried playing PUBG the latest games with high-end specs but found a bit frame drops on it as it only has Adreno 308. Rest, you can play almost every game, you cannot aspect more with price device. In my test, I have not found any heating issue on this device.

Camera

Itel-S42-back-camera-techniblogic

Moving on to the cameras on the Itel S42, the phone comes with a 13MP camera setup with a single LED flash. By the is there anyone who uses flash for photos, it is mostly being used as a torch. The photos capture using Itel S42 is above average but in great lights, you can take some good shots out of it. When the same scenario comes under night it just fails to do so.

Buy Here

Portrait mode on Asus Zenfone Max Pro comes up really good. You get proper focus and proper bokeh effect. In daylight, you will love the camera. One thing which I noticed if you can any premium application the camera will perform way better when we compare the same with the default snapdragon camera application.

Also Read:

Coming to the front-facing camera we again get a 13-megapixel camera with a support of dual single tone flash. The photos that we capture using this selfie camera is above average in normal lighting condition but when we change the same with some good lights than we can get some great shots out of it. Attaching some of the sample photos captured in almost all lighting condition, it will help you to understand the proper camera quality of Itel S42.

Camera Samples

Face Unlock

Itel-S42-Faceunlock-techniblogic

After an OTA update on Itel S42, we get the feature of face unlock in it, which works quite well in it. I won’t be comparing the same with iPhone X and other Android devices like Oneplus and Vivo but still, it works well in normal light, low light as well as good light. If there is not light it is quite difficult for the software to recognize your face which is not in the case of high-end devices.

Overall at this price you are getting proper face unlock feature than it is a manageable point for anyone using this device.

Battery

The battery on the smartphone is 3000mAh allowing you to sail through an entire day. After that, you’re surely going to need a power bank or a charger. You can use the device very aggressive usage still it will give you the battery life of about 1 day as the display we get is HD and software is optimized according to it. It will take me approx 2 Hours to charge from 0 to 100% using its default charger.

Rest, if they can add a 4000mAh Battery, it can be a game changer to them.

Verdict

Overal, if you don’t want the device to be bought from the online market and want proper retailer service from the brand then this device is for you.

Pros

  • Built
  • Face Unlock in this price
  • 18:9 Display (infinity Display)
  • Triple tray slot
  • Snapdragon processor

Cons

  • Pricey compared to some online brands
  • The battery can be improved
  • The display can be FHD

Eufy Genie review: Replacing Amazon Echo!

A few months ago, we saw Amazon launch Echo Dot in India, which meant that sooner or later we were surely going to see the competition for the same in the market. So, here it is. We found Eufy Genie, an Alexa inspired AI system, which works quite similarly to Amazon Echo Dot but is much cheaper than it. The best thing is, if you have the smart device in your home, you can control all the smart products just by a voice command to Eufy Genie. You can control your air conditioner, your lights, fans, and almost all the products that are connected to the smart system using the latest innovative gadgets.

Eufy comes under the parent company, Anker Innovations, which is a US-based consumer electronics brand. Eufy specializes in creating connected devices and applications for smart household solutions. The brand wants to bridge the gap between the best technology and affordably priced smart home devices with this amazing device.

Buy Here

Eufy Genie does most of the things that Echo Dot does but at a cheaper price. It is available on Amazon at the price of Rs. 3,999, that you can be gotten at a lower price most of the time as it is on sale. Whereas, when we compare the same with Echo Dot, it is priced at Rs. 4,099 that too on sale.

Genie is only one item that we saw available in their broader product series. They also have robotic vacuums and connected lightbulbs. All these Eufy devices can be managed through the smartphone app- EufyHome and can also be controlled just through voice commands.

How it Works

  • Download and Install the Application Eufy Home from play store or Apple Store.
  • Click on Add Device and select Eufy Genie.
  • Connect with Wifi
  • After that, it will take few seconds to connect and once done, it will start working with your voice command.

Built

Eufy-Genie-Techniblogic

Eufy Genie is made in a circular form. On top of the device, we have a rubber finish coating with a proper circular LED light which changes color as per questions and responses. We have volume control on the top, a MIC button, and a reset button if you want to do something manually. Most of the time, these buttons are not required as all the options can be accessed using the phone application.

Also Read:

Features

The Eufy Genie has far-field microphones to hear your commands from across the room, and it also has a built-in speaker which is loud enough to hear the responses. The best part is that we also get the support of a 3.5mm auxiliary jack which lets you connect any speaker using an auxiliary cable. This will, in the end, enhance the sound output of the AI. You can connect the Genie to different music applications and play songs as per your demand through your voice command. A feature that I loved the most.

One thing which I was unable to find, was that we cannot access the messaging or calling features from it. This can be fixed by a small update in the device.

VIDEO COMING SOON

Verdict

Overall if you need a smart AI system in your home and don’t want to spend more on other devices available in the market, then the Eufy Genie is meant for you.

Pros

  • Great Pricing
  • Built
  • Speaker is quite loud
  • Far Field Microphone make it hear your voice from anywhere in the room
  • I Loved the LED Light on top of it.

Cons

  • Built-In Battery will be appreciated
  • If you Ask “What is Your Name”; it will be stuck in a loop for few seconds.
  • Need more supported Device in India which can be used with it.

Below that we get a Fingerprint sensor which is not as fast as I thought it should be. It might be having some software issue due to which it took more than a second to unlock the device. Below that we get ASUS branding and nothing much.

The display gives you the ratio of 18:9, which means we get proper infinity display to watch movies or videos. With this price and features, I think this is going to be a great device to buy.

Viewing Angle is good, and blacks are decent enough. While watching movies from odd angle won’t affect you in any way. Overall no complaints with the display and this kind of display can be seen in high-end devices also.

Performance

The phone comes with the latest Snapdragon processor which is Snapdragon 636 processor which features a 3/4/6 GB Ram. This combo makes it a top Notch device in this price. This combo makes the device a good performer. Out of 32 GB of internal storage, you get about 23 GB free after that you can also expand it to up to 256GB as the phone support dedicated tray for Micro SD Card.

Asus-Zenfone-Max-Pro-M1-Benchmark

We get Antutu Score of 113933 and these scores on a budget device are insane. With this screen size and great dual camera at back, they have also given all the sensors which are required by any normal person. No sensor is being removed by the brand. We can use this smartphone with a VR headset and even while using GPS it will give you proper accuracy as it also has a magnetic and orientation sensor in it.

Coming to the gaming part, we can play almost all games. In my use, I have not seen any lag or frame drops even in Asphalt 8 high setting. Every game even in the high-end setting is working well. I tried playing PUBG the latest games with high-end specs and take my words it is working well with no lag and issue. I have tried playing most of the games like Asphalt 8, Shadow Fight 3, Batman, Bully and Adreno 509 GPU with the support of Snapdragon 636 processor work well. I have also not seen any heating issue while long gaming in DELHI, INDIA Temperature.

Camera

Asus-Zenfone-Max-Pro-M1-Camera-UI

Moving on to the cameras on the ZenFone Max Pro, the phone comes with a 13MP+5MP dual camera setup with a single LED flash. By the is there anyone who uses flash for photos, it is mostly being used as a torch. The photos capture using Asus Zenfone Max Pro is quite good when we compare the same with any other smartphone with that budget. The photos came out sharp and clear while captured in daylight. But when the same scenario comes under night it just fails to do so. Still, we cannot compare the same with Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 pro.

Portrait mode on Asus Zenfone Max Pro comes up really good. You get proper focus and proper bokeh effect. In daylight, you will love the camera. One thing which I noticed if you can any premium application the camera will perform way better when we compare the same with the default snapdragon camera application.

Now coming to the best part of the camera, it can record 4K videos. Now, this is insane this price and so many features which we are getting in it. We can even record two types of 4K videos which I think no one has mentioned till now. The video captures on 4K directly handheld arent that stable, which means we need a tripod or a 3-Asis gimble to get some professional shots out of it. The camera does have EIS which works at 1080p. Still, I would say in daily use it will work well for you.

Camera Samples

Battery

The battery on the smartphone is packed with a massive large 5000mAh allowing you to sail through an entire day even I would say more than 2 days very easily. You can use the device very aggressive usage still it is not going to affect your battery life. It will take me approx 2 Hours 50 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% using its default charger. Battery usage of the device is good.

You will not find even a single complaint regarding the battery part of this phone.

When we compare the same with Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 it took 2: 40 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% that too with only 4000mAh battery. Now you can imagine the difference.

Connectivity

Asus ZenFone Max Pro is the first phone in the budget which supports Dual Volte 4G support at the same time. The device comes with triple sim tray slot which supports dual 4g sim at the same time with a support of Micro SD card too. Overall in terms of connectivity, we get a 3.5mm audio jack a Micro USB port which also supports OTG, Wifi, and Bluetooth. So, nothing to worry for.

Verdict

Asus-Zenfone-Max-Pro-M1-UI

Overall, if you want a device which is packed with everything that too at a very aggressive price then this one is surely going to be your dream.

Pros

  • Dedicated Micro SD Card Slot
  • Dual SIM is also supported that too Dual VOLTE 4G support
  • Very Light Weight compare with any other 5000mAh battery device

The Technology Behind Remote Telemetry Readers

0

For some companies, using telemetry readers on remote assets represents a way to predict and prevent malfunctions and monitor performance. As such, integrating telemetry technology can lead to a less interrupted service and therefore a more efficient and profitable business. But what are remote telemetry readers and how do they work?

What are Telemetry Readers?

Telemetry readers are, simply speaking, sensors that can gather and transmit different types of data from remote assets. For example, a power company may have junction boxes at hundreds of locations within the geography of their customer base. If the junction boxes are fitted with telemetry readers, they are able to relay information about how the junction boxes are performing, such as how much power is passing through them and the temperature inside them.

The information they gather is transmitted back to a central location, where it can be monitored for efficiency purposes and also to detect problems. The technology can be used in a wide variety of scenarios and integrated into various types of electrical and electronic devices. One German company, for example, has been commissioned to fit telemetry readers to London buses so that the monitoring of exhaust gas treatment systems can be done.

How do Telemetry Readers Work?

Indeed, there are a number of specialist companies, such as Servelec Technologies, who manufacture and distribute telemetry readers. The readers themselves are electronic modules that contain both sensors and transmission technology for radio, infrared, satellite or cable communications.

The units are built from robust materials and circuitry that can withstand being placed in remote and inhospitable environments whilst gathering and relaying the vital information they have been programmed to collect.

The readers work in real time so that the monitoring of any particular device is always up to date and can be acted on as such. The data collected is also stored and therefore it can be analyzed retrospectively to pinpoint any patterns or generic issues related to performance and/or durability of the systems and components it is attached to.

Challenges Faced by Telemetry Technology

The most significant challenges facing telemetry technology are not related to its development or to deploying it. Rather to the resistance of some businesses to share the information with third parties. Overcoming such resistance will leave businesses in the desirable position of being able to collect data that will improve their operations and save them money.

Here’s How 3D Technology Is Impacting The Fashion Industry

0

3D technology is nothing new given the fact that different manufacturing industries right from car parts to prosthetics have been actively using it in their production procedure for a long time. It is used for the production of samples and prototypes for mass manufacturing as 3D gives you the opportunity to change the color, size, and shape of an object on the computer with no added cost attached to it. Fashion is one of the major industries where the rising impact of 3D is being increasingly felt.

Right from mass-market production to sending off personalized garments to the shops or have those delivered to home, 3D can be the fashion statement of future. The use of this technology in fashion has been provided further impetus by the advancements in digital designing, material science, and production capabilities. The instances of wearing 3D-printed clothing have already been seen on the Catwalks thanks to the dress of burlesque dancer, Dita Von Teese. High street still has not quite caught up to the trend, but it is only a matter of time.

The most common techniques of utilizing 3D technology in fashion

3D is presently being used in more ways than one, and the heartening news is that more innovative ways are coming up in the years to come. The most common technology behind 3D printing is the FDM, or otherwise known as Fused Deposition Modelling. It is a system where a nozzle deposits layers upon layers of melted filament one upon the other at a temperature that remains constant around 200 degree Celsius. The material that is produced in this way is cost-effective and waterproof along with having high strength and durability. You get to infuse the material with multiple colors to give it any design that you want to.

Another popular method of implementing 3D technology in garments is through panel trammels. It is a method of combining traditional textiles with 3D printed panels. Both traditional textiles and the 3D printed ones have a niche appeal of their own and combining them together can be the next best thing to hit the fashion industry. However, panel trammeling is not without any challenges. One of the major challenges with this method is that the panel needs to be attached well so that it does not come off after a few wears or washes. Researchers are at work to improve the much-needed adhesiveness of the panels by tweaks and tuning up of the printing parameters.

Impact of 3D on the luxury fashion businesses

The foremost challenge that 3D poses to the luxury fashion business is counterfeiting and infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. Any luxury fashion house, be it selling clothes or watches, relies heavily on IPR to protect their products and creative ideas in the form of trademarks, copyrights or patents. It goes without saying that if 3D negates IPR protection, it will cause innovation and creativity to suffer and there will be a loss of customer loyalty and brand value.

Presently, the global import of fake goods already stands at over $500 billion a year, and it is predicted the 3D technologies are only going to make this number go up. It is not a far-fetched prediction given how cheap and easily available 3D printers are. The widely available 3D printers can take in the exact specifications and manufacture items like apparels, bags, and jewelry. One of the possible ways out to this problem is the insertion of microchips in the original products, but that is not going to be a long-term solution given the high demand in the market for fake goods.

3D technology also poses a threat to the present luxury retail chains. The consumers are given to play an active role in the creation and design of the product thanks to this new technology. Thing like multi-channel retailing, production chain and élite store experience have all been brought under risk. These are the most valued aspects of the business of any luxury brand, and when you curtail these, it amounts to losing business for any luxury brand.

Evolvement of 3D technology to suit the fashion industry

3D technology need not be refuted or seen as a threat by the fashion industry. In fact, it is something to be embraced and utilized through the right pathways. It is a part of the evolution of fashion whereby the use of new designs and materials are made possible, and the new processes and concepts help in the captivation of more high-end tastes. The luxury brands need to visualize 3D as a way to customize products according to customer’s preference and aid each customer to shine in his/her individuality. The gradual and sudden advent of 3D technology has the potential to lead the luxury brands to give a better shape to their unique image.

However, it is not like 3D technology does not come with its inherent limitations. For instance, it is more suited to hard materials than soft ones, and geometric patterns than organic ones. Also, the 3D printed materials feel too stiff and robust to ensure a high level of comfort. Even after 3D printing, each product needs traditional craftsmanship and manual work to lead it to perfection. The technology, like any others, is not without flaws but you can expect that with more research and study into it, there will be remarkable improvements that will revolutionize fashion industry.
